As soon as I pointed out that the equipment wasn't clean, the gentleman fixed it right away! I'm glad that I said something.

If I could give zero stars I would. The transaction was entirely online and after going through the verification process there were no keys in the lock box for the van I rented. I called customer service and asked to cancel the transaction the agent stated he would cancel the rental but UHaul charged me in full for the van that I couldn't rent. Still have not received a refund for the charges. I would not recommend renting from this location or from UHaul.
