The truck roof leaked and the brakes were so bad that the truck shook violently when I tried to slow down going down a hill. It was dangerous! Also, the check engine light was on when I picked up the truck and stayed on the entire time. Finally, I got the truck with 7/8s of a full tank and tried to fill it back up to that point, but the gauge wouldn't move up to that point until I had literally filled it completely up! I spent $28 worth of gas for a 43 mile trip! That's in addition to being charged 99 cents a mile! Ridiculous! The manager of the store was very nice, professional and sorry to hear about our situation, so I give her high marks. But your equipment was terrible.

The associate stayed late to help with the return of the vehicle, going above and beyond his basic job description. I appreciated the personalized service.

Have a sign with instructions that they will be charged extra for dropping their truck off at night. Also have an explanation on their voicemail on drop off instructions. I left a message saying who I was and what truck I was dropping off.

The availability of the truck was great, just not pleased by the charges. I had my rental extended 4 extra days, and had asked if it was just the daily $29 rate that was added each day of extension, but it was also the safe-move insurance, the furniture pads which increased it an extra $96. The customer service agent might have forgot about those charges, but it would have helped me make a better informed decision on extending the rental.

Customer service was friendly, greeted us with a smile and answered all of our needs. Agent explained everything about the vehicle. Will definitely use this location again for my truck / van rental needs

Actually, I was really impressed with the service as is. My questions were promptly answered when I inquired online about renting a truck, and then the whole process once I got to the location to rent the truck, was really fast and efficient. Definitely not my experience elsewhere. The rental agents were knowledgeable and friendy. Just an overall great experience.

The experience sucked, I rented a truck only to find out the keys were locked inside, their only option was to offer me a cargo van, not only did it take three times as long, stuff had to be left behind because it wouldn't fit in the fucking vehicle, so yes my experience sucked, thanks for that.

There's no where to park a 15' truck at this location without getting inside the gate and I was not provided a gate code so I had to block part of the parking lot to go inside and turn the truck in. There has to be a better way to return trucks to this location.

I feel that I have been cheating about the gas. I filled it up $18.45 just before I returned the truck in. However, the guy at the counter charged me $20.00 more. I showed to him the receipt. It seems like I don’t care. Thank you so much for treating me that way. You guys did on purpose on what to block the odometer and to make extra money . I disappointed and in the future I don’t know Yo if I would rent uhaul or recommend to my friends or family. Thanks anyway

I needed to rent a truck in Maple Valley, WA. When that location wasn't available, I received an email from the regional office indicating that I would receive an additional 30 miles at no charge due to having to pick up a truck in Auburn, WA. I was charged for additional mileage when my husband returned the truck, even though I had called prior to ensure there was a note in the system indicating the additional mileage at no cost and was told there was.

Candace is awesome. We had a reservation at south auburn u-haul but, the truck we were supposed to get was not returned in time. We called Candace and she got us in a truck with no delay. We appreciated her quick and awesome attitude. She fixed our stressful morning. We pulled onto the road smiling and happy. Thank you Candace! You are awesome!

This was the best rental truck experience I’ve ever had. Being able to sign up online was a fantastic and the truck was clean and ready for me. It was easy to drive and very reasonably priced. The staff were all amazing.

U Haul reservations suck big time I would not recommend U haul reservations to any one. The location I picked up from finally after the 3rd time was great. U haul sucks big time as far as reservations & getting trucks

I was disappointed and used way to much of my personal time when I noticed the pick up truck I rented did not have a trailer ball as I had requested. I had to add an hour of commute time plus mileage to get to an auto parts store and purchase my own tow ball. When a company offers a product, regardless of whether it is standard at their location or it is a courtesy at a third party location- the product offered should be identical- especially if the price/ cost to the client is identical in either location. This is bad business and nontransparency in practice. It is a manipulative behavior on your companies part. Had I been the type of person to put up with this policy you would have ripped me off due to your practices and I do not appreciate that from such a reputable company.
