Erik ZBe greeted kindly. It was a bit transactional. There was three (unnecessary) amount of dolly’s in our truck. The check engine light came on after 6 miles of driving the truck.
Madeliene HThe person who owns this U-haul will add extra charges for no reason. He tried to charge me extra for a U-haul that I return an hour early with less mileage used than estimated. Also I chose not to add insurance (because I’m a safe driver) and he added it anyway without my knowledge or permission. Do not recommend. Also you can’t drop off your truck anywhere else so they don’t abide by U-Haul rules.
Joy MScheduled a pick-up on Sunday and understood we would have to use mobile pick-up as the location was closed. When scheduling, uhaul stated that someone would call us to confirm details and discuss pickup; we never received a phone call. Late the night before pickup, we received an email saying they changed the pickup location and no longer would be providing the two furniture dollies we requested. Due to the timing of this late notice, there wasn't much we could do. On pickup day, we assumed mobile pickup would be easy. We spent an hour trying to get a hold of someone via phone call due to mobile check in not working correctly. We never did get a hold of anyone and luckily just tried the mobile pickup over and over again. We even got to the location early and we're now an hour past when pickup was. When we opened the back of the truck, the blankets were just thrown in and everywhere. And yet, we would get charged if we did that. The back was also not swept prior to us picking it up. Drop off was easy at least.
Brandon RThe drop off location had the open sign on and even lights and a TV inside, but the front door was closed and locked at 6pm. I dropped off the trailer in the back lot next to the other ones. I did call and let them Know where I dropped the trailer. When I told them about all the issues I had, they directed me to the website.

JULIANNE PThe drop off location was a joke. I called to see if after hours drop off was available and told no, not until 10am the next morning. I showed up at 10 and nobody was there. I called and the guy said he'd be there in 20 - 30 minutes. I explained I wasn't waiting and ending up dropping in the parking lot, something I could have done the night before saving me a lot of time. Not impressed with this location at all.

sara zTrailer worked fine, but was filthy on the outside. Nick apologized for it, the inside was clean. Not a huge deal. These guys are great.

dean cThe location was convenient. One of the two people I worked with was helpful and kind. The other was not as much. The trailer worked well. The younger, helpful person explained what the previous person had not done when returning. I wish I had thought to look over the trailer prior to leaving. There was some tape on the passenger hitch end of the trailer which I didn't notice. I didn't know if that was there on purpose of something left by accident. It made me think that we should have looked this over together prior to my departure. I wish they would have done this with me.

Bon XAt the rental location, there were 3 of the same unit that I reserved. I was given the one that was covered in mud. Upon return, one of the other two units was still sitting there; leading me to believe I could probably have been assigned to that clean one and still had it back before it needed to go out again. Or, the one I was assigned could have been hosed down before renting it out again. Also, upon returning the unit I realized that I was being charged about double what my online reservation had stated. I brought this up to the attendant when I returned the unit (charge was still pending); but he didn’t put forth any effort at all to rectify the issue. He, instead, instructed me to contact U-Haul to file a dispute. So an hour later I was on the phone with U-Haul, who said he had me down for a two-day rental (instead of the one-day rental I had reserved online). However, they were not able to do anything because he had not yet marked the unit as returned, so they told me to call back in a couple hours to give him time to check it in. 8 hours later, I called U-Haul back again (after noticing that the double charge was still pending in my bank account), only to find out he still hadn’t checked the unit back in. They said they would note the call and follow up with it to make sure I was charged for only the one day rental. I feel that the U-Haul representatives were kind and helpful, but I would never use that rental location again. I have rented from U-Haul at least a dozen times and never had such a poor experience.

Michael SSent to this location to pick up truck because my location was out. Charged for the mileage to get the truck. I did not order from this location. Insurance was added on without choice given. Very disappointed with this experience. I won’t use again

Valerie MThe truck itself was really old and rickety, and the back door ended up malfunctioning. This specific pick-up location was not ideal either. No one was there when we arrived at reservation time, and when they did get there, they were short and rude with us.

DIRK HCustomer service needs improvement at that location. The guy was very rude from just from the start, not friendly at all. I will never rent uhaul truck from that guy again.
Garagn KGood drop off, but no place to park
Michael RI returned the trailer and dolly to this site on 7/31. The rental attendant told me just to park it and he would take care of the return. He did not. Later that same day I checked the status on my rental and it was still "active". I called the location and the rental attendant said he would process the return and I would get an email in a few minutes. I did not. On 8/1 my rental status was still "active". I actually had to drive back to the location and process the return myself via mobile return.

Duane WWe reserved for two days, but returned the trailer in about 24 hours and yet we were charged for the extra day. Other than that, the dealer was nice and the rental was easy.
Linda PIt doesn’t open until 10:00 , so could be a problem for some.

steven pThe guy working the desk told me that he won’t charge me extra for dropping it off late because of all the snow we got that day , then continued to bill me the next day for $80 more dollars for dropping it off late …. I got scammed and he won’t answer my emails.

Paige NFrom the phone call to the pick up time the price increase from $49 to $80 all included. What is the difference between Rental Rate and Rental Fee. Omitting fees on the phone to get you in the door is NOT OK. If this is company policy, you should be investigated. If this is the practice of this particular U haul dealer, I expect a refund. And he should be looked into.
