When we got to this location the door was locked. It was 30 minutes past the time it opened, and I had called earlier to confirm a drop off. I looked in the window and saw someone at the desk, he saw us, and would not open the door. I called him and said can you open the door so we can get this turned in. He said no just leave the keys in the car across the street. Zero customer service this place is a joke.

The vehicle was covered with snow. Not plowed out and the "automated" pickup and drop off process is a pain in the rear.

The first location we were dropping the truck at had no room to park, it was closed, I had to call to customer service twice to get the address of the new location because they didn’t email me the address the first time like they said they would

We were not told we needed to check in with a mobile app when we returned the vehicle. We rented the truck for 2 days picking up the vehicle on Fri at 10 am and returned it on sat at 9 pm long before the sun 10 am deadline. We returned it to the same location and parked it with the keys in the vehicle per our instructions. This was a registered uhaul dealer but was not open on Sunday. . We were charged 3 days, and I spent an hour on the phone calling about it to be told it would have to be looked into and the resolution would take 2-3 days..we did everything we were suppose to do including cleaning, gassing and making sure everything was returned correct ly. I had to spend valuable time trying to correct this matter only to get off the phone with no confidence in a resolution..I will not recommend uhaul. The representative the location was very nice but uhaul company did not do it's job

Just curious as to why the mileage was 1.19/mile for the 10ft. I have rented larger trucks (and am for an upcoming move) and the mileage is only .79/mile.

Representative was timely, but, not at all friendly. Almost to the point of rude. The trailer was not maintained well inside. The hours of this location were extremely limited. Would not use this location again.

There wasn't anyone there when I returned the trailer. Hsd to call and was told to just leave the trailer.

Difficult to find. Had to make several stops. Operator was not friendly and I had to drive to a separate location to get the trailer and hook it up myself. Price was different than quoted and operator did not care to discuss. Will NEVER rent from here again.

The man who i rented the uhaul from worked on a car lot and was very eager to just hurry up and have me sign paperwork. I get the total amount due and its $100 more than what i was quoted online. Well come to find out he charged me for insurance which i clearly stated i didnt want and then he lied to me when i asked why the price was so high and he said i will be able to discuss it with the people when i drop it off because my card wont even be charged until after i droo it off. My card was charged the instant he swiped it. He has no clue what hes doing and i wouldnt recommend him to anyone.

He was rude and did not hook up the equipment properly ( I had to point out that the chains were on the ground) and he messed up my lighting hookup which I have to pay to get fixed. Terrible experience. He also made me wait 45 min. before showing up!

Owner of business was very helpful and knowledgeable, but I pulled up to a building that was up for lease to pick up the u-haul. Made it a bit confusing and undesireable.

Not really the kind of Uhaul location I am used to as it is split between a car dealership and the actual Uhaul lot about a block away, but staff was helpful and had me on my way in no time after disconnecting the trailer.

There wasn’t a single person available onsite for help. There were no indications when I selected this location that it was not staffed. The website for drop off st an unstaffed location worked but was initially confusing and frustrating.

I have a couple of items to critique about this location. First, the listed address is actually two blocks away from where you check in. The uhaul renter is operating out of his used car lot, but the trucks are stowed two blocks away, which is confusing. Secondly, the uhaul vendor left his business to go do something, and left nobody behind that could assist me. So, I showed up on time to rent my truck, but had to wait 30 minutes until the guy could get back. This was particularly frustrating because I had a tight window of time to work with. My suggestions for this place: correct the check out address. Also train someone else in on truck rental in case the one guy responsible for this task is gone.

The pickup location is a boarded up old building with a sign that says to go two blocks down to do the rental. The guy did not do an inspection with me, and the truck had some clear cosmetic damage. The whole experience felt shady and uncomfortable.

It was confusing. The building was deserted. It looked like the business had been or was moving. Found a note on the door that directed us to call a number. The owner then came to the site to accept the drop off. He did arrive quickly within a few minutes. Once he arrived everything was great. Just a head scratcher when we pulled into the lot. Needs better signage.

It's an empty storefront, so at first it doesn't look like a drop-off. Just call the # and the agent is there right away.

If you say you are going to charge for one day because that is all truck was used, and truck was turned in 5 hours early: then one should pay for one day NOT TWO!!!!!

Drop off was nightmare!!! Could not get trailer off hitch! The drop off location was unattended! Filthy, grass and weeds everywhere! We thought this was an abandoned building. Phone number to locate someone was missing numbers. They had fallen to the ground!

The only thing that was wrong was that I could not find it at first because it seemed like rental office oh that location was kind of hitting on Frontage Road but the service the guy gave us customer service was excellent the guy was awesome he made us feel welcome when we left with the truck we decided we needed a bigger truck and the guy was right on target about everything his office was beautiful he was extremely nice and kind I had a overall excellent experience thank you so much.
