Roger SUhaul customer service is HORRIBLE. Dont bother trying to call or chat. They were ZERO help to me, when they called back, 30-47 min later. The tag or zip tie for the dolly was never put on so I hope I don't get charged for it. The gas cap cord is broken and it surprised me when I got poked by the cord. Jami at Wenniger was SUPER helpful and was able to get me on my way.

Ervin TUhaul should part ways with this location. When the woman finally got to me (had her head buried in paperwork) she took us to a filthy trailer. I asked her to go over how to hitch as I had not used one before(side note: I am a 64 year old woman) She said she had no idea. "Let me see if I can find my husband " Husband showed up, none too pleased to be taken away from whatever he was doing. No instruction just connected trailer and said "there" when I questioned him about the chains dragging he said yeah they do that. Even I knew that couldn't be right! I adjusted them as he walked off. Uhaul changed my pickup to this location 13 miles out of my way. When I got back to Beaver Dam I stopped at Lidtke Motors which is where I had wanted to pick up. Even though I hadn't gotten my unit from them, Eric was kind enough to go over everything and make sure all was connected properly before I started my 15 hour trip. I saw they had the size trailer I requested so I'm not sure why Uhaul made me go 13 miles out of my way! Whatever you do, don't use Wenninger Auto Sales in Iron Ridge Wisconsin!

Mark NWe were told we owed money at time of drop off for 1 EXTRA MILE OVER!!! even tho we had to drive an extra 15 miles to a new location to pick up the truck! ( they generously gave an extra 15 miles to pick up truck i guess we were expected to teleport it back to house to load it...) So i also believe UHAUL owes me money for the extra gas I put in since i went over on that!!! But that wont happen because all they know how to do if screw up reservations and over charge for everything!!! this company can NOT be depended on EVER, even if you reserve years in advanced!!!
