*Average because it was under construction. ‘Ken’ was very helpful as the whole Uhaul app was not working appropriately . *No.. because I found trash in the door deep pockets on the passenger side. *Yes because there are only 2 locations in town.

it was ok... on a very busy roadway. I returned after hours and as a 74 yr old woman, the location felt a bit sketchy. too narrow of space to stand back from the truck to get the pics that the app wanted me to take. I did my best

Melissa WallaceLocation is in the center of town which is nice for easily getting onto hwy 20 or hwy 101. Parking is not ideal, so if leaving a car overnight this is not an ideal spot for that, ironically for the same reasons noted above. Locker boxes need maintenance as they are falling apart as if they have been tampered with.
Jennifer EliasThe U-Haul app was one of the worst I have ever used. We registered ahead of time and checked in via the app as I was told we were supposed to do. However, the driver and I spent 30 minutes trying to get all the information we were asked to supply to your app after we arrived; we had to put in info that we have already entered. The folks at the U-Haul location assured us that most people had trouble with the app. Your app is definitely not user friendly.

The truck I reserved online was there but when I called the 800# I was told it wasn’t available so had to take a bigger truck. It was still sitting there when I brought the big truck back. I imagine checking in and out this way could cause a lot of frustration for some people. But I got the job done and truck worked great.

David BencomoThe Uhaul trucks were parked bumper to bumper in an “L” shaped alley and some were facing each other. It was very difficult to get the vehicle out of the alley past the other large trucks and around the sharp bend of the alley onto a busy highway. The Uhaul was online check in only and the website said the vehicle number should be on the front right of the vehicle but it wasn’t. It was on the side towards the back. My truck was dirty inside and had sticky stuff on the steering wheel. When I went to turn my truck in, the online website wasn’t operating and was glitching out. I had to drop my keys in the box and call someone the next day to ensure I didn’t get charged anything extra. They were nice enough to check the vehicle in for me.

And downloading the App and jumping through all the hoops their with photos, etc-- arrived at the pick-up site and sat in my car in the freezing cold for half an hour because the electronic process didn't work and the phone number connected me to a call center across the country that wasn't able to help. Finally banged on the door of the garage and found a person who, after another half hour, was able to get us a lock box code to get our truck
J Kevin McKinneyWhen I arrived the person working there wasn't sure of the status of the van and had to call someone to find out. He was very personable and tried his best, but it delayed my pickup even more after it was already delayed from a self-pick-up that was cancelled by U-Haul. I still had to go through the self-pickup process even though there was an attendant there. In addition, as part of the process he handed me his cell phone and asked that I to talk to the U-Haul representative on the phone with him. This made me very uncomfortable because due to concerns over COVID-19.

I've tried calling the number on the listing but no one answers and there's no way to leave a message. The 800 number for U-Haul had no better luck. Please ensure there's a way to get in touch with you for follow up.

ROBERT SANFORD HILLBetter location would help a lot. It was difficult to back out of the location and the driveway facing highway 20 was blocked when we picked the rental up and when we dropped it off. Someone at the location who knows about U-Haul would be useful. It took almost 1/2 hour just to figure out how to get the keys.

Young KimInstall video display for backing up truck; also video for front because it is hard to tell where the front actually is. My rental location had to call a remote location to book my rental; this was a pain. Otherwise, my rental location was OK.

They walked me thru reserving and checking out the equipment online and went out of their way to make sure everything was being done accurately and to my specific needs. They even gave up their office chair for me to sit in while I was figuring out the online process. Extremely nice too when I returned the equipment. I will definitely go to them in the future for my Uhaul and detailing needs.

Taylor HerzogI did mobile rental. Your system did not recognize my location despite multiple attempts. I tried first on my android phone and then on my iPhone. Location sharing settings were on. I ultimately got it to work with my wife's phone. You need to make it more reliable and fail safe. I would suggest a scanned bar code at the location or something like that in case location cannot be identified.

The second location where my reservation was transferred to provided NO HELP because at 4 pm they were "closed" for Uhaul. Really??? The best part of this experience was the ladies that help me via phone. ?They saved the day. If not for them this was a disaster. As for the location I ended up at, it was fine. I never dealt with anyone, it was all online.

Michael BlackburnNo one was there when we went to pick up at Wax on Wax off Newport. Finally worker showed up, stuck in trafic. Called to get the key code and it arrived to me after I got the truck home, as employee got me the key, but no dolly which I paid for and want a refund as well as for truck I did not order. I have a confermation for a 15'. truck with dolly at 127.00 with tax, ended up with a 20' truck that was too big, only half full of gas, no dolly. I filled tank ($50.00) as not knowing how much gas I would use and only used a quater of a tank, want refund for what I did not use. no one went over anything with me. Want a refund for the dolly I did not get. Y Pay More has uhaulsw closer to my home that had plenty there and when I returned to town they were all still there. I ended up pay 2 cab bills as I had no where to leave my care, this is a joke and I am not happy at all and feel that I was taken advantage of. I told the person on the phone I am disabled and didn't want a uhaul I had to hike up into. Had to bring a step stool to get into. I have to rent another uhaul before the end of the month to finish moving and I expect a discount on that vehicle to make of for this mess, I have my confermation for a 15' not 20' and the dolly I already, but did not receive, dolly.
