I need you to refund my Visa Credit card for full amount. I called for an enclosed trailer I told him it was for dinning/kitchen set with 6 chairs. When I tried to pick it up the trailer that they were going to rent me was too big found that out when we were going to attach to my car, the attended asked for help so another attendant tried to help said too big for my car told me that I needed a ball to hookup to a different trailer I had to go home to get it was too late had to come back the next day. When the attendant tried to hook up, they found out that I didn't have a brake light attachment in my car and that I would have to have someone install it. Needless to say that I never used one of your Trailers and I would like a refund. Thank you, Joyce Klug 715-824-3677

I made the reservation on line and asked to pick up the trailer in Wild Rose, WI. It came up with the 6x12 trailer not being available there. I passed that location the day I dropped the trailer off in Waupaca and there were 2 6x12 trailer there. That would have been a much better location to pick up and drop off at as it's a third of the distance from my home. Your website should be able to give accurate information.

The Uhaul had a cracked windshield, broken wiper, was dirty when I got it, had a few rough starts. As far as customer service itself the guys at the shop were great! Nice and professional. But the truck itself was kind of questionable.

Windshield was cracked and it did not have any gas in tank like they said it would they said it had a quarter of a tank. Also they charged me twice on my credit card. Did call. They said a rep would call back but he didn't.

I can't think of anything at the moment. This location always has all or most sizes available, very reasonable pricing, easy to reserve, pick up, and drop off. Staff is friendly and prompt, trailers are always clean, maintained, and ready to go. I can't think of any imporvements at this time.

I would prefer to be able to rent a smaller truck (vs. 20' truck) for a trip where I'm traveling 200+ miles round trip, in order to not have to pay so much for gas due to the poor gas mileage on this vehicle. I didn't need this big of a truck.

The truck wasn’t ready, workers hung up on me & when I met them face to face they had no idea how to do their job without the U-Haul online portal being down. No gas in the truck after a 3 hour delay & still charged for fuel.

We picked up the truck with less than 1/8 tank of gas and we’re told to go get gas right away so we filled the tank at a cost of $129. Not knowing how much we would use for our trip. We dropped it off in Waupaca with 3/4 of a tank of gas, we asked if they would credit us for the extra 1/2 tank and he very rudely said they don’t do that. We are planning on at least 2 more rentals and was planning on doing business with you again but are having second thoughts about doing this. Wondering if there is anything you can help us with.

Little long on check out but U-Haul has a million questions. I've rented four times before, can we speed this process up? 30 minutes to get a trailer for 2&1/2 hours seems like a bit long.

Indicated “gas level” on sheet was higher than actual gas level in vehicle. Filled up to the indicated gas level per the sheet even though that isn’t how much gas I started with. Still got charged an additional $17 by uhaul. Absurd.

The Cab floor was dirty with some some kind of sticky substance , like spilled soda , some dirt & food crumbs ! Plus the Windshield had a large "Y" Crack that had long runners , in the center of the Windshield !

These people were trying to fix the problem that the lady at the first place so drastically messed up but I have yet to hear what they are doing about it. I should be reimbursed for my entire trip we’re having to deal with any of that you guys should be ashamed of yourself. If you’re going to own a business You should probably make sure that your employees are taking care of it for you

Better distribute your equipment instead of having 100 trailers at 1 location in Clermont, FL thereby artificially raising the cost to rent a trailer. I paid 3 x the cost for a smaller trailer on the exact same trip in reverse because of this unfair practice. I will consider buying a trailer before I rent from you again because of this. I want to be clear this is not for my pickup location, this is for UHAUL.

I have never had a worse experience than with uhaul. They were very unaccomomidating. Zero customer service when I called about the location change that they made. All of this the day before I was to move! I went to the waupaca location on my own and they were super helpful. If it wasn't for Aaron at the Waupaca Mobile, I would have definitely taken my business elsewhere
