Went to pick up truck at scheduled time 9 p.m. had to log into uhaul app and had an issue which caused me to be there at location for an hour and 45 minutes past my pick up time. App was not working correctly in order for me to retrieve my keys to the rental. Had to call 24/7 uhaul number spoke with 4 different people which i was on hold for 10 to 15mins each time I was transferred and last person I spoke with finally was able to be of assistance in order for me to retrieve my rental truck. I arrived at 9 p.m. wasn't able to enter truck until 10:55 p.m. it was 13 degrees out side and windy.Jerry R.

No pretrial was performed. The man that came to the counter, Charlie, stated "I'm busy, I don't have time for this!" The moving blankets were not in the truck, which annoyed him more. When dropping the truck off, there wasn't anyone there to close us out because the location didn't work picking the truck up and dropping it off. We took pictures of the starting mileage and the drop off mileage just in caseRobert M.

First time using the mobile app to get a truck. You must be at the dealer location exactly, I parked accross the street and was told I was at the wrong location. Gps seems very accurate. The key box code didn't seem to work but after a couple of minutes of trying to open the lock, it opened. I suggest you follow the instructions to the "T". If its not working, try again, that seemed to work for me. Now that I have been through the process, it will be easier the next time. All in all, a great experience.Frank R.

I reserve the U-Haul for 24 hours at a different location that was much closer to where I was moving from I received an email from U-Haul saying that my U-Haul was ready 30 miles away and I only had it for six hours on that day I called the location and said that was ridiculous they said it is what it is and they can't change it so I had to pay the additional mileage And my time to pick up and return and I had to totally change the plans of moving day it was a very frustrating experience and I don't know how in the world something like this could happen when I reserved it for 24 hours and then give it to me for six and then they change the location where it has to get picked up and I encourage national charges for mileage is very unlikely that I will ever use U-Haul againBrian S.

Hand truck and dolly were not available. There was no way to update the sales order to remove the dolly prior to renting and no way to provide feedback that they were not included as requested on pickup. Passenger door had a minor dent and lock mechanism was loose. We had to sweep out the back of the truck. There was no way to contact UHaul about issues and concerns. Pickup location was changed the day prior and no opportunity to discuss an alternate.Douglas F.

I picked up a 6x12 enclosed trailer (the only one they had) to pick up furniture for my home. The gentlemen opened the back of the trailer and checked it stating it was ok. Since he did that I really didn't feel the need to double check it. When I arrived to pick up the furniture and opened the U-Haul myself the trailer stunk of either garbage or human waste. I dropped off the trailer at the same location and would have said something however they were not open at the time. I'm not typically the type of person to complain however it was that bad.BILL A.

A person of Watson Bros Inc dealership named Jim helped me to hook an auto transport and loud my car on it. Then he did not tilt a fender of the auto transport and I couldn't open the door of my car and get out of it. (I did not know that a fender should be unfolded, I used the AT the first time in my life).He told me, that the only way to get out is to go through a window. I am 75 years old; he forced me to get out of the car through the window and left me. I did not know how to close the window of my car when a door is closed. I went to the office and another person - Charlie came and helped me. He showed me how to tilt a fender of the AT and explained to me everything that I needed to know. I am giving only two stars to Watson Bros Inc U-HAUL dealership because of this person - Jim.Vitaly Z.

My rsvp location was 2 minutes from my home but the day before pick up I rec'd an email stating pick up location was now 40 minutes from my home. A customer service representative called me and when I asked her about the reason for a change in pick up location, she wasn't very customer friendly. She said â€œpeople are moving daily so we can't always accommodate everyone's requestsâ€.Karen K.

Location was closed by the time we got there so couldn't give a super honest review. It Took my wife to point out the U-Haul yard across the way where we found the key box. There might be a video of me on the security cameras freaking out that i had to bring the truck home 115 miles away and I had already completed the U-Haul order on the app. But, no... there might also be a video of me celebrating when I found the key box.James K.

Dropped off at the location that is closest to my house and I requested. Got charged on my Credit Card $166 for dropping off at the wrong location. Location of pickup is almost 2 hours away! Why would I drop it off there?????? The location I dropped it off at is 5 minutes from my house???? When I picked it up it was never told to me that I had to drop it back off there. Original rental was $40.01 so I got charge 4 time that rate without my consent!!!! On top of which the trailer had a problem and it came off my truck!!!!!Robert T.

Well, stop charging for an extra day without telling the customer. I was 15 minutes late because I had to drive 15 Mike's on 3-lane (one lane each direction) country roads to get to the location and I wound up behind a tri-axle (dump truck) so I got back late. The location only acknowledged 3 days but charged me for 4. Also stop changing reservations without informing customers. I had a reservation at a location 2 miles from my house and even though u-haul has that $50 reservation guarantee, there was no trailer available and uhaul customer service didn't offer the $50 instead the system changed the reservation to a location 20+ miles away without informing me until I called customer service and they second time. All to swindle their way out of their $50 reservation guarantee policyFRANK D.
