Richard BOlder gentleman at this location was helpful, friendly and apologized when he had to answer phone calls while closing out the rental. Asked us to come back to his location should we ever have the need to rent another truck or trailer. Thanked us for renting from U-Haul.

Raymond CHidden fees I don’t like. Don’t like being charged mileage and have to pay for gas to fuel up. I think if you fuel up truck you shouldn’t be charged mileage.

John MTruck left for us to rent with the check engine light on. We had an after hours pick up. Took the truck as we did not have the time to deal with lengthy delay to sort out. Faced with this, it is my opinion other families would have done the same. Location should not have presented this truck for rental. Thankfully, it did not break down.

John GDid not have problem with return, but had to lift trailer off my car myself because owner was preoccupied. Place is extremely messy.

Ernie EThe owner was lazy and this U-Haul location was dirty and disgusting! It is very disrespectful to customers to have a location like this one! My return time was 2:00pm. The owner left a sign on the door, which said that he would be back in 15 minutes. My ride home and I waited for 25 minutes, but no one came back. No one answered the phone when I called. I left and took the truck key with me. When I called back to this U-Haul location when I got home, the owner answered the phone and said that he wouldn't be back until after 4:30pm. THEN WHY LEAVE THAT NOTE ON THE DOOR SAYING THAT YOU WOULD BE BACK IN 15 MINUTES? He wanted me to leave the key in the drop box, so I had to drive 9 miles round-trip back to the location to leave the truck key. I had no paperwork until I received an email with the final billing last night. Stay away from this location at 3591 Whiskey Road in Aiken, SC!
