Julia Q.Great small place to get a truck overall. Main improvement would be related to the gas gauge. I do believe that I brought it back at the same level that I left with and the gauges are susceptible to some deviation due to hills or whatever else may be going on. Charged $5/gallon for a couple gallons when in my eyes I was dead on the nose or a teeny bit over. Not the biggest deal in the world but feel it's worth mentioning as it seemed dumb to charge a customer without a more accurate measurement capability.
Kurt W.The electronic check out process was longer than expected and frankly a hassle. I must have went back and opened up the vehicle four times to answer each question, take pictures, before dropping the key in the key drop. I understand the use of technology, but this was a little too much.

David S.The hitch was not available and charged me shipping fees without my permission after the date I needed the trailer. My dad then had to repay for the trailer and go to another location to purchase a hitch. I called U-Haul and was told to cancel with the bank card as they refused to help with the additional charges on my card. The location stated I was not charged only holding charge yet I was charged for additional equipment not needed along with shipping costs for items that were not pre-approved on my card. On the original order all items were supposed to be available upon pick up. I am not blaming staff but management needs to be more prepared, organized, and transparent on what is being charged and shipped after the date of use.

Mike D.I came in not knowing a reservation is recommended, the guy behind the counter was slammed with customers in store, while still fielding phone calls, and when he got to me said he had no trucks available. While still answering calls he searched and found one but it was too inconvenient, told me he did have a trailer, so I agreed to that explaining I needed a refresher on hooking a trailer. He never faltered, walked me through the hook up and made sure I was comfortable with it and still was friendly and professional the whole time. It was a good example of great customer service. I applaud this man, thank you.

I had to back the truck out of a very tight parking between 2 other trucks and the side mirrors were off. I also had to scrape the windows. When I asked why, the man said most customers want to wait until the truck warms up.

michelle K.I initially started mobile check out. The worker in the store was very nice and checked me in faster through his computer. I was charged an amount. He said no deposit and the truck was perfect. The problem was an additional fee extremely higher for what I thought to be a return fee for miles. 157$$$ for miles. Absolutely not. So I was screwed in paying a bill last night. The receipt for me to fix the problem when I returned the uhaul said check your email. … nothing. The problem is if someone checks you in instead of through the mobile app, when I return the equipment, additional fees that explain no reason to take the $157 when I was charged already before I was in the uhaul. I can understand check in fee then miles. But if the worker said no deposit, I manage my bank account for certain things and the return fee messed all of that up. That confusing process… that's what turns people away. The email for the return was never in my email. The worker was great trying to help! Very friendly and would recommend that! I just would not recommend the return fees and the hold on my bank when I was told no deposit because my card went through in the beginning. Thanks.
