GARY DThe reason i gave this such a poor rating is because i was offed a discount to pick up there abd wjen my movers arrived it was buried under 2 feet of snow and had to be shoveled off , of which i ended up paying for and it ended up costing me money for do a good turn for Uhaul

Merlin RDid not have the furniture dolly I reserved. U-haul should not let you reserve things that are not available or at least give you notice they won't be there.
