Carlos GThe location was easy to find and the staff very helpful when I picked up the u-haul. I was not happy with the reservation aspect of getting this u-haul. I had reserved an enclosed 5 x 8 trailer online and the day before was told I had to travel out of state - 52 miles one way to pick up my equipment. That would have put me out over 2 hours. After several phone calls, and being on hold for quite an extensive period of time, a representative was able to locate another trailer nearby which was too big for what I needed and cost me twice as much. I had to take it as there was no option and I needed something to move my daughter to college.
