I gave the Waynesburg rental store the highest rating I could possibly give. I know the people there quite well. I like them all. They are always good natured, happy, congenial folks. So I really can’t think of any way for them to improve.

Chad SAs I was attempting to order online, a statement near the end of the process informed me that that transaction was incomplete, on your part. I re-entered the info. Same message. 4 times. I gave up. The next morning, I received a text message that I needed to travel to another location. I called U-Haul to inform them that that was unacceptable, and found out that I had 4 reservations, and that I would need to travel 30 miles out of my way. I called the initial entry, Walt's in Waynesburg, PA, to request a larger truck. He had 2 reservations for me and the truck that I originally ordered. I will gladly do business with a person such as Walt, U-Haul, I'm not so sure. The online process should inform the customer the number of each size vehicles are available at that location. Tim MUhaul changed my pick up location and it was 25 miles out of my way! The owner at Walt’s was very nice and helpful. The truck was full of dirt I had to call Uhaul to let them know so they didn’t charge me for it. These two things made my already stressful move a lot more stressful.

Jennifer GVery friendly and efficient check out of rental. This was NOT our preferred location, but they gave us additional free miles because of the extended miles to pick up the rental. This was not communicated well, and we were still charged for miles upon dropoff at another location, which I hope to get resolved with a refund.

Karen PWe had to travel to Waynesburg instead of Washington to pick up the truck. Gene allowed us to pick up the truck the afternoon before so we wouldn’t have to make an extra trip to Waynesburg the next day. Waynesburg was not a convenient location.
Steven PUhaul sent me way out of my location for the drop off location! Not happy have used uhaul for several years ! Now trying to locate a different route for moving ? Horrible review at a negative one star in my view ! There was a pick up location with in 6 miles of me yet they sent me 19 miles for pick up and over 16 miles passed me for drop off location ! Definitely not convenient
