Reserved 26' truck , utility dolly, hand truck, and 3 dozen blankets. Once at counter we didn't need the handtruck and uhaul refused to remove it from the contract and only gave us 17 blankets. BARELY HALF of what we needed.JIM C.

The truck had sticky cup holders, windshield wipers need to be replaced, engine light stayed on from the time I picked it up til I dropped it off, the truck need a wheel alignment horribly, the ramp is hard to get back up, and the furniture pads need to be replaced. I reserved the truck online and it was suppose to be a fast pick up. I was there for an hour and a half because of technical difficulties on Uhaul end. He had to call uhaul and was on hold with them for nearly an hour before tech support answered. They finally figured out the problem and had to walk him through the process to correct it. Meanwhile he had the uhaul warming (which I thought was a great gesture), but he didn't know it would take as long as it did to rent it out. The gas said it was half a tank but by the time U-Haul corrected the issues, when I got in it it was under 3/8s of a tank. So I had to return it with more gas than I received it. When I reserved the truck I didn't take out the safe mode ($45), but I was charged for that and $100 deposit. I wasn't told the amount until he had already charged my card. As many times as I have rented a uhaul this experience is the worst by far & I don't know if I will be using uhaul when I move my things from storage because of this experience. The drive was very horrible because of it needing an alignment. Please fix this truck before another customer have the same nightmare I had. Driving this truck over 330 miles is definitely a nightmare.Tammy P.

Need more uhail in kennett mo I had to drive 23 miles to get it and only had 40 miles on it so I had to pay more when I drop off the truck but the man was nice to meroger B.
