Dispatch sent me an arrival time of 9am to a place that doesn't open until 10am. Then the business owner didn't show up untill almost 10:20am and I didn't get out of there until approximately 10:45am. Owner barely spoke a word, and didn't even apologize for his tartiness. I dropped the truck off when the location was closed on Sunday evening, but later realized that I had accidentally left my wallet on the dashboard of the rental truck. I called and left a voicemail at the location, and returned to said location on Monday morning, prior to scheduled time of opening. When the owner arrived, I explained my situation, and he immediately opened the key box to retrieve the truck key and got my wallet from the truck for me. I am very appreciative of his kindness in not asking that I wait for him to completely open and check the truck in, as I still had over an hour and half drive to return home to go to work myself.

I had to drop off the truck before this location was open, as I had been misinformed about their hours by U-Haul customer service. I knew there would be extra charges for going over the mileage, but I did NOT want this added to the debit card on file. I left a note to this effect, requesting that I receive a phone call so I could take care of the charges when they were open. I never got one. I tried to call multiple times and never reached anyone. Instead, they charged the card on file. I am furious and will never use UHaul again and will never recommend them to anyone.

You should match the Budget truck rental price. I had a truck booked, but when I got there, all the trucks was booked. Budget reservation did not check, before booking me. The truck was $60 cheaper.

I have several issues. The location was late to open. The owners were incredibly rude to my mother who picked up the UHaul truck. The location also smelled of marijuana. Highly unprofessional and a poor experience.

evidently the computer system adds insurance without your knowledge. just read your statement before you sign. I did get a refund on that 16+ dollars. Thank you Carl and Ryan

When I arrived to pickup the truck that I had rented it was no where to be found on the lot. I contacted the manager through a phone number that was provided by the app as an after hours support I received no call back. After several phone calls to customer service and 2 hours I finally was able to get a truck. I had to drive to another location and pick it up. I am not one to complain much but I truly do not understand a lack of service to this degree. If I am unable to get this rectified I will not be using U-Haul services ever again in the future.

My only issue was when I brought the trailer back to U-Haul at about 2:30 pm. The business was closed, no one was there, and I STILL don't know if they got me checked back in. Their store hours were posted as being 5:00 pm, so how do customers manage to ensure that their paperwork is finished out if nobody is there? A bad ending to a good rental experience.

I rented a truck plus a dolly to help move my heavy items especially since my boyfriend and I both are disabled. Just to get home and find out I paid for a dolly and their was no dolly in my truck. Came back to the uhaul location before the posted closing time to get a dolly just to find out they was close early for whateve reason. So two disabled people trying to move heavy furniture to a second floor apartment was very difficult and extremely painful. And all the uhaul location offered me for my inconvenience was $1.00 craft for the rental of the dolly. No apologies he simply said " well I now know were my dolly is, it's on its way to Florida." He had placed my dolly inside of another truck.
