"Clean" is an interesting condition to have a yes or no to. It wasn't junked up inside but the cup holders had a lot of dried, sticky soda and dirt and whatnot in them. Other than that, yeah sure, clean enough for something many sweaty guys are going to sit in all the time.Trevor F.

We drove off of the lot with a trailer that was clean but one out of 4 lights worked. I called roadside assistance & Russ (I think) came out & worked & did everything he could. He was great. He got the lights going but they would barely blink when the blinkers were on. As soon as we left the driveway it blew another fuse (2 while it was being worked on). The trailer itself needs to be rewired.stephanie M.

Bad attitude. Phone left off the hook (told me they were too busy to take calls - while he filled the potato chip shelf). Overall a bad time. UHaul equipment and tech worked fine - just a bad dealer.Tony H.
We had trouble with the online checkin and in talking to the staff it is a common problem. 1. That process needs improvement. It should be pointed out what is required to complete that before signing up for it. 2. It should be more clear you don't need to do that (or shouldn't do that if you pick up during business hours)Raymond H.
I didn't realize I needed to manage this rental by text and didn't check the van back in using the text. I also filled it up but still got charged for gas. More communication about the texting links and the return process. would have been helpful.Anne Claire B.

My door was broken, and roadside assistance removed the support cables, making the door extremely heavy and dangerous to open and close alone. I should have received a replacement.Joseph O.

Our schedules pick up time was 8:00am. The man who runs the store was there by 7:45 but refused to open until 8:30 We had movers and were paying them by the hour. When I called U Haul to complain all they did was refund me $50. They offered to transfer my call to another department but by then I had been on hold for 49 mins. I asked the person I spoke to to E mail me some information and she did not do it. Our pick up location was changed the day before from a place that was open before 8:00.Tim E.

Truck was not at the original location despite apparently having a lot of inventory. Sent me to Wade's where we had to wait for 30 minutes for him to open despite him being there and being very rude. I could not get the online to work and he blatantly would not help me and ignored me at first then finally grudgingly helped me. Horrible experience.Joseph L.

Improve customer service. My experience was terrible.No one gave me a tour or instructions about the Uhaul truck, thank God as remembered from driving a similar Uhaul truck last year. I had to put the dolly on the truck by myself and I had to figure out how to lock the sliding door. And I was charge two times for service s rendered in which I have looked into.CAROLYN A.
