Great place to rent a U-Haul truck and pricing was very reasonable. Truck inside was very clean. Downfall is there was no Dropbox due to using the truck longer than expected. I was too afraid to leave the keys in the truck that late at night so I waited until the next morning to drop them off before going to work. The internet service was misleading and difficult. You had me to to another dealership that had the truck I reserved. Overall, I had to drive by 5 u-haul dealers (several miles out of my way) before I got to the one I was to pick up the keys for my truck. The dealer was very kind and helpful.

Your automated/.com system needs a great deal of improvement. It costs me about two hours on pickup and return. The employees of U-haul were very good.

The mobile ap created problems and delayed me over an hour.

He is the one who told me why I was charged $20 and to report it.

I was told to bring the truck back by noon on Friday, even though the contract said 12AM. On Friday, a manager from this location called my office and threatened to call the police and report the truck stolen. Very unprofessional.

Great location for my particular drop off needs. I was there after hours but looked great. I would definitely use them again for rental or drop off. Thank you.

Avoid changing locations when requested just to move trucks around. High rates and my time is valuable and would like to remain at locations requested.

Owner Lied about the rental

This location was way better than the 1st location I rented from in Waco.

Recieved text to not pickup trailer from Jinn street but 12th street. When called he uhaul said trailer did not come in so call bellmead and he was out of it. Bellmead did not answer there phone. We were dropped and caused us to pay our help to do nothing.

They had my order right and everything ready to go.

We needed a truck immediately and they had one. The rental was quick and we were out of there with the truck. Very nice guy helping us.

The physical parts of the deal were awesome. However, the website and the changing of my reservation were very very challenging ordeals. This needs a lot of improvement. On the day I changed my trailer reservation, the website was inoperable and it took a 2 hour phone call to adjust my reservation. This is unacceptable.

The worker was helpful. The location is connected to an old wash cycle building, nothing wrong with that though. I'm sort of neutral about the location and service.

Jose at Waco wonder Wash was incredibly informative, professional, and accommodating. An extremely nice truck was provided. The 24/7 return was incredibly convenient and easy to follow. Great experience.

Polite and easy to work with

Nothing...i can't remember the name of the guy who was there (it was an hispanic name) but he was incredibly professional in every way. He made the rental experience pleasant which i didn't think was possible. Enormous amount of patience when i would ask him tons of questions, and even a couple of Coiombo "one more thing" moments. Awesome guy and business!

Everything ranging from rental process to customer service is great. Would have also appreciate to be informed that dolly has to be rented separately instead of included in the truck rental.

Not much to do since you're in an older part of town and confined by the corner lot. The laundry mat combo was interesting but good business in a college town.

This was a positive experience all the way around from the pickup to return. Equipment was clean and reliable and comfortable. This is the only way to move whether accross country or accross town. Thank you, u-haul, for providing this valuable service at a reasonable cost!

I was not told that I was going to do a self dispatch. I got to the location and had trouble with receiving the email that was going to walked me through. Had to call customer service twice. They finally were able to find another location where I could pick up the truck. It was very inconvenient to be driving around the city, that put me behind my schedule.

I left the uhual with a full tank but received it with 3/4. You would think I would have gotten a credit. :-/
