The truck was filthy. The online check-in process, which was chosen since it was supposed to be faster, took one hour. If additional contacts are needed and must be called and verified, this should be done prior to the morning of check-in. We had movers that we were paying at our house just sitting in their cars and had no truck for them to load. When we finally got the truck, the movers informed us that no furniture pads were in the truck. We had to use comforters and other personal items as moving blankets. I was very unhappy with my experience with Uhaul and can not imagine using them again unless there is absolutely no other option. After the disastrous check-in process - during which no representative responsed to any of three messages I sent and getting someone on the phone proved an impossibility

Owner of facility was 30 minutes late to open and left us waiting. This was after I was repeatedly texted from the original location about also towing a trailer back to Palm Bay, which I declined. I was then contacted the evening before the pick-up, that they did not have my size truck and then sent me to a facility that was much farther away. Very unsatisfied with my experience and I feel like I should get a discount due to all of the inconveniences.

The person in charge of the uhaul rental was not on site and we had to wait for her to get there. It took about 30 minutes for her to figure out what to do after she arrived although I had already checked in. Also, the truck kept backfiring when going down a hill because it kept getting stuck in gear.

When I tried to put in odometer reading and it kept saying that it was less milage than I started with so I got my friend to make sure my numbers were correct and they were tried multiple times but I had to go cause my ride had to go

The cab was not cleaned out. Found trash and breath mints in the cup holder. The guy renting the truck was not there to rent the truck. The online service was confusing and it did not confirm our truck.

1.the attendant seemed very uncocerned that he didnt have the moving blankets available,told us to go down the street also the hand truck was broken and a bit dangerous,he said it was the only one he had. 2 The truck was very dirty when I got it and gave me an allergy attack from the cigarettes smoked in it i found an empty newport pack in the glovebox 3.The drop off location charged me an UNFAIR cleaning fee 4 I drove past 2 locations within 5 miles of my house with my size trcks present on the lot and was sent 20 miles to pick up one which cost me time and money
