Vicente RI found the last spot to return the truck that would be near impossible to get into if I wasn't an astounding driver. I had to travel half an hour to another location at 9 am when I wasn't able to access my rental. I have to now call "corporate" to be able to receive reimbursment for my miles. But that doesn't and will not cover the money that I lost that day due to my hours lost on a job that I had done that day. I cannot access my current or previous rentals through the app which is the only way to do so. The people on the phone and the people at the second location I actually picked the truck up from are the only reason I was using uhaul on this day. Very helpful and accommodating even though they are limited with their access to the uhaul system.

Vincent HClosing at 4 was a MAJOR drawback. I had to drive back from San Diego to return the truck (I was finished at 4:15 pm) a 100 mile round trip. Then when I called in the morning to assure they were open, the attitude over the phone from the guy who answered was unappreciated. How would I know what time they open, after all they close at 4 !!!!!!

SUSAN HThat when there is a reservations made that the equipment be available for the time of the reservation pick up. Because mine was not and I had to go to another location to get another truck. It’s stressful because you think it will make it easier if you already have the truck reserved but it’s not there the day of the move not ok.

David DAbsolute wonderful experience! The reservation process was simple and seamless. The truck was clean ready to go and available when I arrived. The manager and her employees were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They turned what is typically a stressful part of a stressful situation, moving, into a smooth and peaceful undertaking. I would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back to this location if the need should arrive!

Doug DWell I had a problem where my truck rental leaked in the front on both sides in the rain and all my belongings got wet and some ruined. My boxes all disintegrated and I had to repack everything and rent the truck for another day in the rain. Maybe a roof leak check before renting the vehicles out. Everything else was great and the employees were great and got me everything I needed otherwise. And the rain was really bad those two days so maybe it had just started.

Alyssa DPrice match quotes when it’s your fault that the reservation I made it unable to be fulfilled. I reserved a smaller truck, and was forced to upgrade because downgrading wouldn’t have been enough space. Only the 26’ truck was available despite my reservation for the 20’, yet they didn’t want to honor my original quote.

Adela SOnly issue I had (not related to the actual drop off location) was somehow my drop off location was changed to another one further from me and I had to call U-Haul to get it switched back.
Michael FArrived right at the 4 pm closing time as the employee was literally heading out the door. i told him I needed to return a trailer and he said no problem. He unhooked me and parked the trailer, I wasn't there 3 minutes!. As always, excellent service.
