Give them a good truck and have someone available during the holidays to assist if they run into problems like I did.

Returned truck at night. Dark and un inviting. Small parking lot making parking difficult. Penske rules. U haul is an absolute joke of a company.
Kenneth HIt should not take 4 hours to rent a truck and a take it or leave it attitude from uhaul employees. The best part of the experience was the return. The Compass storage employee was very detailed and ensure the contract was closed appropriately

Sean DI took pictures of the vehicle before, if you need me to upload them I can email. The fuel in the truck haded out wasnt full, the 3 separate charges from uhaul are confusing. Please concat me so I can figure this out.
Alexander KThe location was easy to find. The truck was clean. We picked up on Saturday, so the business was closed. We had some trouble with the UHaul app and the location verification, but other than that the pick up went smoothly. I received 2 calls confirming my truck. Unfortunately, the did not have a dolly for me, although I had reserved the truck almost a month in advance. The confirmed an appliance dolly and 6 pads. Neither were in the truck. This was unacceptable. The confirmed on Friday that I would have these and I did not. I would recommend this location because it is a good location, but if you need help, or are missing items, there is no one there to help you.

johnathan lReturn process was terrible. The Uhaul app crashed every time I tried to add a picture. When I called for help, I was told that the app should work and to call uhaul to sort it out.
Janice NThe attendant Harry was really mean. He stated that I could rent the uhaul until 3 pm. I was told if I went over my time I would be charged extra. I was harrassed to return the uhaul immediately at 3 pm. Harry snatched the key out my hand and threw it across the room. I was offended and fearful. As the other attendant laughed and told me to just go. I won't use uhaul again.

Ana HThe online service needs reviewed. I did all self checkout and pickup and it wouldn't allow me to add additional miles. I also couldn't get the size truck I needed. It seems like the self service isn't responsible for providing correct size truck where if you go in person to Uhaul they will find the correct size and ask about the mileage and allow you to add additional.
Brittney TNot tell them the price is $50 then charge me $150 guy at the desk also goes by dj liquo and would not stop telling me to check out his music and couldn’t explain any of the pricing accurately to me, kept trying to add more money but agreed on a price of something around $56 which is what I booked it online for, I have used U-Haul a number of times and never felt with a problem like this, I said I only needed the truck for a few hours but they closed at 2 so he said I have to do after hour drop off or come in the morning, came in the morning and found out they weren’t open

Stephen TYou ask for a second document, like a passport, recent lease agreement or something else, folks are usually not walking around with these things. I had just signed my lease so it worked, but that could have been problematic. Otherwise, very good experience.

carla hIt was a bad experience. This was my first time renting a vehicle from you. I was surprised by the lady who answered me, she said that there was a red alert in my name and I couldn't rent the vehicle. But how was there a "red alert" in my name if I never rented a truck with you, Uhaul? I asked how that was possible? And she replied that it was a system thing, that I had to call the central, in that time I lost business, I lost money. Did the attendant issue an alert because my English is not so good? I am a "legal" immigrant in this country, I gave her all the documents she asked for including my Florida Drive License. I was treated with prejudice by Uhaul and that I will not admit.
BRUNO SWhen trying to take a picture to show that my U-Haul was clean, I kept getting a picture upload error. I took the picture numerous times and still there was a problem. I had to call U-Haul just to tell me that my reservation was complete and I can drop off the keys. The app would not let me complete my drop off without taking the pictures, but some how the U-Haul rep was able to let me know that my drop- off was complete. What was suppose to be a convenience was an annoyance when using the " truck-share option".
Glenn GI was sent to a different location from my original reservation just for that location to have no vehicle for me. Then I was sent somewhere else even further. My original reservation was for 8am it was 10:30 by the time I got a vehicle
DESSANY HThe actual manager of the mechanic shop where this satellite location is on Sunbeam was very nice but todat when i called back because i left something in the car it was the actual uhaul worker & was the most rude man I've ever met. He lied & said i didn't put gas in when i was literally on phone with customer service refueling ( i only went 24 miles & put 2 gallons in& then he was screaming at me and told me my card was declined, refused to let me talk to manager & hung up in me. I called the 1800 number & she said my card did NOT decline & apologized for how horrible that man was. The computer wasn't working when i dropped off van last night so i closed it out over phone with customer service. I will still use UHaul but Not at that location as ling as that man wirks for uhaul. This does Not reflect Vikings auto Electric & Air, that manager from Orlando was very vert nice.

Timothy HI got charged and extra fee for what it doesn't say it was just deducted from my bank. The truck was not swept out and the A/C was not working very well. Overall the experience was easy and the gentleman was very pleasant when I dropped it back off. The gas tank was filled up next door and was completely full when I returned it.
Tara SWhen I order furniture dolly and a dozen blankets 4 days before pick up, I expect them to ne there or a call to let me know the equipment was unavailable. Unacceptable when I have used uhual 4 times this year and this was the worse.

But regarding having to scan my Drivers License into your recording system, that opens my PII up into yet another place for it to be stolen. The onsite rep should be trusted with seeing it and verifying it. Now my personal data is in yet one more location waiting to be stolen pls stop this practice. J Hamel
