This was my 1st time ever renting a uhaul. The staff at the convenience store we're very friendly. The process by email was a bit difficult but I managed. Perhaps the staff could ask if you're a 1st timer? The process would have been easier. Overall, I would definitely recommend anyone to uhaul.

Have the store clerks give the right truck that's been assigned.

DIMITRI PThe parking for returning vehicles is ridiculous Your stuck circling for ages and then the pick for me was absurd. I was literally stuck between two cars and to back up was to go onto a snow bank which took like a 30 point turn just to not hit the cars beside me. Don't even get me started on the amount of km I had to waste just to get out of there, on top the almost hour i wasted just to leave

BORIS GThe truck needed to be serviced hence why I dropped it off early . It did not drive as other rentals I've had before. There was a wire hanging on the side of the emergency brake and shoe and personal items on the passenger side. Truck was filthy and it stunk. I was also churched for gas when I actually left it with a bit more than when I received it. I am very disappointed.

EROL GThe vehicles in the summer at this location, were fantastic. Gorgeous clean amazing. The vehicle I just rented smelled like pee, but in general it worked. Please do not put perfumes in the van. That's not a hint to put perfumes in the van. It's a hint to make sure that it's clean. And doesn't smell like pee. I do like this location, though very easy to navigate and very kind service.

RODEL QTry to book your rental at some other location if you want everything to go on time. Called a week in advance to confirm utility dolly, but was never provided one during pickup. No confirmation call received a day before my reservation. Called in personally to check and the rep informs that I cannot pickup my truck before store opening even though UHaul website says it has 24/7 pickup/drop-off facility. When I went for pickup, as expected, the dolly was missing and was asked to wait for store to open. Waited 45 mins but store did not open on time as the person supposed to be working that day did not have any key to enter the store. Terrible management of this store, avoid if you don't want to face any hassles.

ALI RI was charged incorrectly with the fuel price. However, it was solved via email very quickly with the Area field Manager.

ALEXANDRE LMy only issue was that the location opened almost 30min late and thus our pick up was delayed we were stressed about returning the van by 5pm to avoid a late fee. Everything else was a good experience.

MARGARET WWhen I arrived to pick up the truck I was told it was down for maintenance even though I had a reservation. There were 2 10ft trucks in the lot but apparently none were available. I was then told I could call customer service. I went out to my car to figure out my next move when about 5 minutes later the store called and told me they found the key and I could come back and get the truck I reserved. I don't appreciate being lied to. I was then told I couldn't pay with interact visa which makes no sense as this is the 3rd truck I'd rented in the last 3 weeks and I had previously paid with interact visa. Will not return to this location.
SHEENA TI was charged 156 in less than two hours. My rental charge went from $19.95 to $109 because they claimed that I drove for 170km when we barely drove for 15km. Make it make sense. 170km in less than 2 hours? Who am I, Vin Diesel? From 1077 Wilson, we picked up our boxes from Wilson/Bathurst which is 4.8km Then, to Lawrence West/Keele which is 6.2km And back to 1077 Wilson which is 2.9km Barely 15km and on top of that, I was told that it was my fault that we did not take a photo of the of the miles and gas. I called the customer service day after and they were rude and not helpful. This is unacceptable.

My vehicles are always dirty and the photos do not match the actual condition of the vehicle. Yesterday's truck had cigarette ashes and a smell of second hand smoke

Joel VI will recommend this store, guys are helpful if you are looking to rent a truck. Take note, if you don't buy an insurance coverage make sure you take pictures of the truck in and out, actual mileage and gas level to avoid problems when you got charged.

Kidano HAt first i was made another reservation and then a lady called me that the location didnt have the truck that i need, thus i need go this one. The lady offered me a discount with 0.69 per mile. However i was charged 1.11 per mile. The truck was good and the staf in this location are nice but the charging systerm not that well
Qizheng LTerrible experience. Took half an hour to get the ban made me late for my appt. Kept saying he didnt have the reservation but did. Said he couldnt help me and i had to call the number. Never gave me a contract or anything to sign. When i asked about gas said he had no idea Made me give my details a third time. I specifically said i did not want insurance and he put it anyways When j looked in the app for how to know what gas to put in it said look in your contract which i didnt have. I asked him again about contract said he had no idea. Had to call uhaul a second time to ask and they sent it to me Overall terrible experience and would never do again

Alistair GThis location was fine but the reservation process was garbage. I made a reservation for 8 at a location that said it had online check in. It did not. This caused me to spend at least 40 dollar extra in uber charges and at least 20 dollars more in gas and mileage. Uhaul is garbage and I will not use them again.

Derek PI spent 1 hour and a half to do the process of pick up due to an error on the contract. I left there being promised that it would be updated once I returned the van. I received the receipt which does not contain any changes from the "original" contract.

LOGAN SThis was an absolutely unacceptable service. I had to wait 30 minutes for the man to figure out how to provide me the car, wasting 30 minutes of my time with the van. The van had low tire pressure and there was no option to take another one. We had also paid extra for a dolly, and it was not provided in the van. I am extremely disappointed with this experience.
