Linda W.Let the customer know more about what is involved in the drop off procedure when the location is closed. Also, the print out receipt is so small, like a font size of 4 or 5, so making that at least 8 so it is easier to read would be helpful.

donald B.The reservation system is a battle. I reserve at one location and get transferred to another. The on the day of pick up the equipment is sitting on the lot of where I wanted to pick it up at. Then they have to change my reservation back to the original.

ROGER M.Reserved trailer at this location. Was called and told I had to pick up the trailer about 20 miles away from that location. The night before I went by Vista Lee and saw my trailer sitting there and went there the next morning to pick it up. They had to call traffic to fix the reservation that I did not want changed in the first place. I have had troubles with the reservation system in the past forcing me to drive over an hour away to pick up a trailer on the trailer I wanted was sitting there in town.
