MARVIN OI feel it was a bit difficult to find, with only one sign visible from the street, and tucked as it is behind other businesses. Perhaps more directional signs along the alley as you approach, or "Proceed to the End of the Alley"? In any case, I found it, and it was a clean office, with moving supplies clearly displayed. Stephanie WHello, Customer service was very good. The 26 ft Ford SuperDuty truck was well equipped for moving with excellent braking system and tow/haul mode transmission. We drove slow and easy and the move went well. Thanks very much. Rob
ROBERT MYour ventura employee knew I was transporting a large motorcycle so he included a pack of 4 straps. It wasn't until I was tieing down the bike that I noticed they were LIGHT DUTY and wouldn't work. The uhaul place here said they wouldn't take them back even though they were in the unopened box.

David SI asked if all was well with the trailer and specifically asked about the tire pressure. The rep stated everything was checked. Upon my arrival at home. I checked the tire pressures on all the tires and the right rear tire pressure was measured at 75psi. All of the others were within the tire sidewall specification. I am glad I verified the tire pressure and thus potentially AVOIDING a blown tire during the 475miile rental distance.

JORGE DThe truck I rented was extremely hard to drive and did not navigate turns or corners well. It felt like it needs a front end alignment and I really hated driving it because it just felt really awkward and I felt like I was going to take a corner too sharp and hit someone or hit a curb. It just was really weird how the mirrors were and very difficult to see behind. The people at the location are great it's just that this truck needs some work.

Jose MI picked up the van with a tire that barely had any tread and was practically flat due to a nail in it. It was very stressful as I needed to drive over 200 miles the next morning and had to frantically find somewhere to get the tire patched so it could make the drive.

Howard SWe showed up at 9:00 (pick up time) and by 9:15 I called the location to see if someone was coming to get us a truck. He said what location and said someone would be there in 10 min. At 9:30 someone rolled up and asked “can I help you?” It was irritating because we obviously had just called for a truck. I ran to get my purse and he told my husband that he wasn’t supposed to be there and that someone called in sick and his irritation was evident for the duration of our encounter. I understand that things happen but it just seemed like we were an inconvenience to this man even though we reserved a truck and upheld our part of the negotiation. It was not our fault that their help did not come in.

Mimi HThey were just opening a new UHAUL business. Didn't even put out a sign. I had to drive around the block 3 times. I pulled into the allie and stopped there for a few minutes. Someone came to me after a while. He said that he was the owner of the UHAUL business. He took the truck. I didn't get a correct refund for all of the fuel I left in the tank. I had to leave just less than 1/4 and I left just less than 1/2 a tank of gas. l got a refund of $13.69. What a joke! UHAUL will no longer be my go to rental for moving!
