I was unable to drop off my truck when I was finished with it a day early, no safe place to park the truck, or indication of a key drop area. No advertisements showing that they even are a retailer for uhaul, charged me $60 for being 2 hours “late” even though I had to return it during their normal business hours. The place was not conviniently located and hard to find, the man refused to not charge us, also I have an issue with this company taking 3 days to answer my request when I did not have the money to be automatically charged to begin with and almost recieiving an overdraft charge! I hope someone reads this and reaches out to me because I absolutely love uhaul and I chose this company over any others every time I need services. I hope this does not end our relationship as business and customer.

I called and requested the pickup on Canyon Drive 2 days before. I was within 1/2 mile from the pick-up place on 301 S Western. We drove all the way across town in heavy traffic, to the 5300 block of Western St and was told the trailer was back where we were originally. our contract clearly stated the pickup would be 5300 Canyon Dr. Then when we got across town the trailer wasn't there yet. We had to wait another 30 minutes. I don't appreciate the total inconvenience.

Equipment was not at this location. I received a text in the am that it was there. The person there helped me find my equipment, had to pay another taxi to get there. Very upset with the whole setup. The person I spoke with on the phone Saturday split up my pick up locations when there was one location where I could have picked up everything. It took me 2.5 hours to get all my equipment and had to pay extra taxi rides as well as drive the truck to a different location to get the tow dolley. This was unbelievable how screwed up the whole transaction was from the get go. I am very unhappy with the setup person, the people trying to get me my equipment were fine and helped me get on the road, 2 hours after I expected to. Ruined my whole trip and set me back 2 hours, very unfortunate.

hard to rate this. dropped vehicle off early on Oct 4th..employee there said "u-haul person not here now" but you can just leave the truck. even though I turned in vehicle early, under allotted miles, and undamaged, felt a little uncomfortable. Did not want someone later to indicate some type of problem with the vehicle.

The trailer was no swept out. The salesman forgot to put my 12 furniture pads in the trailer and I did not discover that until after they closed a 1PM on a Saturday. They did not have a light adapter so after they hooked up the trailer, they told me to just drive it across town to the U-Haul center because they would have a light adapter I could buy. So I had to drive the trailer across town with no lights. I had several stop lights to go through and had to change lanes with no signal lights. I was not happy about any of this and I have used Uhaul many times and never got dirty equipment or had to drive Uhaul equipment illegilly.

The trailer came off the hitch while I was driving down the road causing damage to my vehicle. The safety chains were not even hooked up correctly. The employees at this location seemed untrained and uninformed as to the basic procedures of renting, hitching and unhitching a trailer.

The guys were friendly, efficient and organized. The trailer was a little rough looking but worked fine. The extra moving blankets and dolly I ordered were on hand and ready to go.

This was not what I expected. but the representative was very helpful. I notified him that I returned the 2 dollys in Lebanon, but it was still on my return list. He was not aware that they had been returned.

The location wasn't the issue. The dolly wasn't there on time. 40 min late. The lug nuts on the dolly were so rusted they were unrecognizable. I paid for 6 days of travel but only needed 3??? I'll buy my own trailer before I do that again.

Have the U-Haul clean on the side of the bed and the passage area, fix the console (I had to tap it with packing tap so that it did not interfere with my driving). Other items that were very concerning was that the staff did not know how to put the auto on the transport, nor how to tighten it down for travel (they did not use the chains on the car at all - only the tire straps). Then they plugged the light cord in up-side down so I had to go to another U-Haul dealer to have it evaluated. This took another 45 minutes out of my loading time that I have people waiting to help load. I was not issued the correct dolly. I got a utility dolly instead of the ordered appliance dolly, which caused problems when I returned the equipment. I was not given the correct amount of pads, also causing problems at return. I was asked for the green folder and that was not given to me when I rented the U-Haul and transport. I would highly recommend that this location be released of their option to rent U-Haul equipment. For me being a lady it was in a scary location of town and the property was even more scary.

Truck was late and costumer service was poor. Sale agent stayed that he was doing this because of previous owner was doing it. sale ageagent don't care. Would not recommend this place of business. Venaturally auto sales and service.

Agent told us home office had to auth. a discount & found out later that was a lie! He was auth. to do that if he chose! He lied about being able to drop where we wanted, again wrong! All in all poor training!!!!

I do not know where to start. Someone from Uhaul needs to review this location and get it up to the quality of other locations.

My reservation was not like I reserved the equipment. My truck and trailer were at two different locations. After having to call and arrange for one location to go and pick up trailer so that I could have all the equipment in one location the price that I had reserved on line for was diffrent than what they were trying to charge me. Almost a 100 dollar difference. After calling several time to the 1800 number with no one being able to help and several hang ups. I only took the uhaul truck and not the trailer. It was until that night that the reservation was fixed but I wouldnt be able to pick up trailer until 9am the next morning. My timeline would not allow me to do that so it left me with no choice but to leave my car in amarillo while i moved to san antonio. Now I have to arrange for my car to be transported to san antonio. If that wasnt enough of a headache the truck I received was dirty food crumbs empty drink bottles littered the cabs. The windshield was so bad I had to pull over and clean it a block down the road. Once I loaded up and headed on my way I discoved the driver side mirror was broken causing me to have to roll the window down and adjust it everytime I needed to change or merge lanes to the left. Also the passenger front tire was so out of balance that any speed above 50 miles an hour caused the whole truck to shake so bad the doors would actually flex. I will never rent from uhaul again. This experience has been the worst moving experience I have ever had.

we waited about 30 minutes to get taken care of no one except the mechanic was there and he didnt know nothing attendant was gone he was very nice but he also had never done anything that had to do with the process regarding web site for haul it was his first time apparently secretary was out on vacation.
