Have you employees knowledgeable if the bill is settled or not .........i was told at drop off bill was paid in full ......then I get a email from uhaul collections saying I owe uhaul more money .......i think the person who checked the truck back in needs to be accountable for the bill as he said it was fine and it was paid in fullRobert R.

The place is easy to find. Wehicle was easy to use. Overall it was nice.Salih A.
The truck was filthy. The seats were filled with hair (I'm hoping only human hair, not sure). The truck was smelly and the back was wet and dirty. Looked liked someone tries to hose it down but did a poor job. The truck was already filled with flies. We went with it because we were in a strict deadline and needed the truck.KIMONA R.

Have more vehicles and options available. I had to rush what i was doing because there was only 1 rental available at this location. Should have atleast 2 rentals there and of each option would be nice as wellPatrick D.

Nothing. Location operator was fantastic. Fast, efficient and friendly. The van was in great condition, well maintained and clean. I will recommend to anyone renting a vehiclejonathan Z.
My only issue is that I was overcharged. I was charged for 28 miles instead of 28 kms. So I'm hoping there's something you can do about that. The store owner came outside and took the key from me. When I was emailed my receipt, I noticed the wrong payment.Leonard U.

All checkout procedures had to be done on my phone. The clerk behind the counter claimed he had no access and could not help me even though I was having issues with their site. He was just there to hand me the keys. Initially selected Whitby for pickup location. When email arrived indicated Oshawa location. Called customer service to confirm. Yes that's correct but blankets and dolly not guaranteed. Called pickup location directly and asked about blankets. No they don't have any as they where recently set up. I drove to Ajax location to pickup blankets and paid again. When I picked up the truck blankets and dolly where in the back. Prior to all this I attempted to check in on line but it was defaulting to the original Whitby location for pickup. What a frustrating experience this was. Your online customer service reps are apparently there to provide info only and have the attitude that it is what it is take it or leave itâ€¦.unfortunately I had no option at this late date. Never againâ€¦.going to try Penske next time. Do these comments really get read and acted uponâ€¦I doubt it.Garry R.
