The uhaul was clean but it would take a while to turn on. We had attempt many times before actually getting it to start. Also the cost comes out a bit pricey because of the Mileage fee yes it's $19.99 to rent the truck but add $67 on top of that depending on the miles you drive. When we went to out gas in the vehicle to return it, it wasn't letting us so we had to turn it in like that and that was another cost of $108 total. Just make sure you don't drive too much because the cost will go up tremendously.

The trucks needs to have gas, if we leave the truck with less than a quarter you charge us to fill it, then you should make sure there is head on it to rent, we are clients not employees

The truck that I rented was not what I ordered i asked for a 20ft received a 26ft used way more fuel than expected ordered a moving dolly did not receive that ordered the rental weeks in advance and got completely opposite what I wanted overall spent more on fuel than what I planned on just POOR service and lack of attention to detail

the windshield was cracked and the person who delivered the car did not warn us, we had to return to notify the situation

Nobody talk me how I have to do the pick up, I went totally loose when I when to pick up

No one was at this location. Contactless drop off through the app was not working. I was able to talk to someone through a call box who directed me to park the U-Haul and drop the key off in the mailbox however it took 15 minutes to find the mailbox because the location was so vast. Clearer drop off directions should be told via the app or in the email.

This is not something you can change, but the drop-off area and the office are at polar opposites of each other which makes it a long walk. This would not be such a big deal except we were exhausted from moving in boxes and walking between the drop-off area and the office on the 4-5 occasions we had to during that day was just draining. Having said, the staff was helpful. Everything was very clean.

Uhaul need to improve the system as end of the month collapse and nobody can rent the trucks and also don't let customer make a reservation if the truck need it is not available in the location selected

My only complaint is with the gas i used. I rented the truck and i used for 15 miles and i put gas before I returned and i was charge 4 gallons of gas. I called the office and i was told that that's what i used. I told the lady that it was imposible becouse i putted gas and it was only 15 miles but she said that was nothing she could do

Had some difficulty simply turning on the engine- key was “stuck” or locked and it took a lot of coaxing to turn the key. Service at counter was pleasant and very helpful.

This was not the location I was suppose to turn in the truck . I took it to the one on the contract and it was the wrong one, I had to drive way out of my way because of an error . Also, were I was suppose to pick up was also, the wrong address was had to dive 20 minutes to go pick up the truck. Information was not accurate from the beginning.
