The van was extremely dirty, according to the person who rented the previous person had gone to buy produce and apparently the pick un and throw from the ground to the van. We had to wash before using it.

Matthew K.Gas wasn't at half tank like contract stated. When I tried vehicle on it says the car needs a maintenance when I told front desk, she said it's a sensor that's bad but the truck is fine. After driving it for 2 miles I realized there's something wrong with the truck I couldn't too much press on the gas. The lady that was there at my pick up was very careless and seemed bothered I guess it was Friday and she was ready to go. The man I spoke to when I dropped the truck off to was much nicer.

Orlando P.I requested a pickup 1 hour away from this and while this seems to be a well run place, I am very unhappy having to drive 1 extra hour away to pick up my truck. And will not be paying extra miles you charged me because of this.

JUAN P.Tire was very low staff did not have air pump and staff were not very helpful. Was desperate and had to take van because no others were available and couldn't even complete what I needed to because i had to stop several times to fill air in tires because it kept losing air. Very upset.

Jorge V.We returned the vehicle an hour before it was due. The staff did not check it in until 2 hours later and consequently we were charged an extra day's fee.
Jonathan P.Apparently they don't check the trucks before renting them, first my battery complete died and I have to loose around 3 hours and later one of the tires explote having a big delay on my trip and also risking my family. Please check your trucks before renting.

Acacio O.Although the service was great, when I made my reservation I was under the impression I was going to be able to pick up the vehicle outside office hours and instead I had to wait an hour to be able to pick it up because of the office hours of the location. I would have liked the uhaul booking service to not allow an outside of the office hours booking instead of letting me make the reservation.
