GREAT SERVICE AND SET UP
MARC PEvery person I dealt with was well experienced and very helpful. Truck was very clean. Property was very clean and I appreciate it everybody.
THOMAS AAll defects on truck not identified with stickers, dash warning lights on for air pressure and collision... Attendant waited over an hour to check in vehicle triggering an extra day of charges - had to catch this mistake myself later in the day after getting a receipt emailed and spent time getting at $21 refund, which was also poorly handled and under-refunded as well. Also mileage game $1.39 vs $1.19 for different rental periods - this manipulation strategy by uhaul is not appreciated either.
RICHARD HJumped through hoops when making a simple rental.originally vehicle and location was changed to a location that doesn’t even do rental any longer. Then switched back to original booking and not given the vehicle that was originally booked . Tire light on , dirt in back of the box so only could use front part to avoid my items from getting dirty. When arriving app to get keys wasn’t working. Thank goodness man arrived prior to opening and assisted us . Simple rental turned into a nightmare. Thank goodness I confirmed rental 2 days prior. Otherwise a total disaster this would have been. Rented from Jupiter location in the past no issues. This time was horrible.

Jennifer WWhen I went to pick up the truck at the scheduled time(1/8/26) at 10 am, no one was at the desk even though door was open. I waited for 10 minutes, walked outside and the back area but could not see anyone. I waited some more, then walked over to storage office that is part of the business...still no one was there. I went back in office, no one there. I called Uhaul.com and they were going to see if they could find someone to help me. They asked me to walk outside, which I did and let them know no one was around. Finally, a woman arrived with a cleaning cart. She was not nice and did not seem to care that she was late and did not leave a note. I recorded the encounter. She even forgot to give me the key. She told me "it's over ". I found the tuck and left. I was now running late for the movers and getting on the road. ANOTHER problem was the when I pushed on the brakes the truck starting shaking. It was too late to get another vehicle so I had to be extra careful on the trip. Not a great experience.

ROBERT PFront desk man was amazing! Unfortunately I was overcharged and charged on two separate days which is incorrect. I called back to speak with a woman and she said allow a few days for the refund to process.. it's been 6 weeks and still to refund and charged on two separate days.

DAVID JFraud. Absolute fraud. Should be ashamed, location will do anything to make a fraudualnt $10-$15. They purposely park trucks to cause accidents, they charge for fuel that customers paid for, they just flat out LIE, worst experience of my life

BENJAMIN WThe floor was a bit full of white drywall chips that I didn't notice until later. I didn't want to be charged, so before I returned the truck, I cleaned the floor.
ANNE RPicking up the truck at 6am it was pitch black outside the building no parking lot or street lights were on. This made the pick up process very difficult locating the correct truck and trying to submit pictures of it from far enough away the flash on the phone camera would not cut it. The lock for the back of the truck was bent and broken could not close it. So anyone could open up the back of the truck while it was parked.

STEVEN SIt’s a convenient location. And everything appeared clean, but after we start driving, we noticed that the cupholders had a chewed bone inside and was very disgusting and dirty. Other than that, it was good.

David JDirty truck upon pick up and I had to clean it before I used it and cleaned it after. Will never use this location again. Gentlemen at drop off did not seem to care at all.
CESAR QVery clean location. They had a trailer and held it for me about 20 mins . I came and picked it up and was on my way in less than 15 mins . Same with the return several hours later in abd out quickly . Very nice location Thank you
