Upon arriving I parked my truck in front of the original scheduled trailer. Turns out the lights did not work for the turning signal of the cargo trailer. So as a result we had to completely unhinge then move to anothr trailer. The two men who hitched the 6×12 cargo trailer did a bad job. Luckily I have a little background in hitching, the chains were completely hitting the ground. On top of all this, I ordered to have an appliance dolly to ne rented. I made my reservation a week in advance and upon arrival they had none. So the uhaul associate tells me to go to another Uhaul location locared at cage blvd in McAllen right off the 281 highway. The lady there made me do another application and it turns out she was doing in for a utility dolly not an appliance dollly. Overall it was a bad experience. From having bad trailers to bad hitching too not having the equipment available. Then the other location the lady did not listen to my request wasting overall about 20 min.

I truly appreciated the overall experience. Santos, the rep, was most amicable and answered all my questions accordingly and the auto transport I rented was in good shape.

Clear explanation of how and where to turn in equipment. Had to call another location for this information and they were not sure but very helpful. When we were unloading trailer a worker was off duty saw us and told us where to leave the trailer. It took a long time. Kind of confusing. If we had better directions to begin with, the return would of been easier.

Excellent service, trailer was ready and waiting. Employee checked the vehicle and connected everything. even had me drive the vehicle forward and reversed and readjusted ball tension. Process was super quick and didn't have to wait around got back on the road asap.

The trailer pulled very easily when we got it loaded. It was quite noisy until it was loaded. It was all in all a pleasant experience.

Girl assigned to work with customers over the phone is mentally challenged which is not her fault. They should have someone very computer literate to be the first customer contact person. However the morning I went to pick up the truck she was not there and her supervisor handle my transaction which was flawless.

First of all I did all the stuff to register for the tow dolly online. Then when I got there the guy ask for license plate numbers, my drivers license number, date of birth, bascially all the information that I put online. And I also payed online, because it was supposed to make my wait time very little. I do not understand why u-haul says to put everything online, when you go to pick up your equipment you still need to give them all of the information again anyways. I was very upset that day. I have had good experiences in that past, but it was over 3 years ago. Maybe u-haul stopped caring about customer experiences. Overall I was not a satisfied customer.

This location helped us return the auto trailer earlier than scheduled. We were worried that we'd have to haul the trailer around all weekend. Thankfully, the location had friendly office staff on hand on a Sunday afternoon that made an exception and let us return the auto trailer sooner than planned. Thank you!

There was nobody available to help me, there were many employees but all told me I had to wait for Erika. Erika took over 30 minutes to help me, way past my appt time. Dropping the vehicle off was the same headache.

Brake fluid and windshield washer fluid were low. Asked to have them topped off; FLUIDS WERE PRESENTED to me to use to fill the reseviors before I left with truck and tow dollie. Sales person assisted me on every ocassion presented. Paid for the truck $383 at time of pick-up. trip odometer had 245.5 on it. I was alloted 38 mi for deadhead to location of use city, that "WAS LOCATION OF REQUEST", and told the equipment would be there.

I believe the representative's name was Erika ans she went above and beyond to help and so very courteous and that's the kind of customer service i gave on my job and really APPRECIATE when I receive it. She's a great COURTEOUS, customer concerned employee which you need to keep and give her a raise!!!

Your program for making reservations through the internet needs improvement. It crashes and leaves you wondering if you can make a reservation. I finally called the local site. Erica was great and went to great lengths to help me.
