I went to the location since 6:45 to pick the U-Haul the lady didn’t find my information stated that I rented incorrectly when that was not true we where there until like : 7:49 when we went home the U-Haul had a lock with password I contact the lady regarding this she stated that we had to cut it I have the messages and everything or that we had to go back and retuned it get another one how are you going to rent something that it can not be used she charged me all the time that I current even use it since 6:45 when We left 7:49 her attitude was very disrespectful I want a renbuatment of the time it was not used not even 2 hours from 34 to 74 is insane
