Location was not up to par. Inside a gas station. The customer service rep didn't even come and review the truck with me upon my arrival. When I returned the truck it was the same thing. Nobody came outside with me to review the conditions of the truck or confirm the gas level. I waited several hours for my reservation to be completed and get a receipt. After call several times after returning the truck to have my reservation closed out I finally called customer service to find out when I would ultimately receive my receipt. I would never rent from there again.

Ahmed L.I downloaded the app so that I wouldn't have to go to the counter due the language barrier. The app didn't work and kept saying I wasn't at the location. I had to go in to the location and it took 40 minutes to get my pick up truck rental. The attendant didn't give me the hand truck I had asked for, and a larger one instead, which cost more. When I returned the vehicle, she would not give me a receipt to document the time I returned and I am worried about the charge. Both women at this location did not speak English and I could not understand them. I would like for someone to call me regarding this rental.

The van definitely needs a fumigator treatment.

Phillip S.I would give this location less than 1 star if I could. The truck I got was horrible! There is NO WAY these people are unaware that their truck is in bad shape. I'm furious that they would rent me a truck in such bad condition! By the time I got two stop lights away from this location, the check engine light came on. The truck felt like it was going to break down. It could barely drive and would not go past 15 miles per hour. Stuck on a MAIN HIGHWAY, I called the 1 (800) number for customer support. The wait was so long that my phone battery began to die. I then tried doing the online chat, but they had a wait too. My cell phone battery died before anyone even answered the online chat! My pick up, delivery and rental return locations were all within a 5 minute proximity of each other. What should have been no more than a 20 minute rental, took me almost an hour and a half! Because of this broken truck, I was over an hour late picking up my son from school! So late that I didn't have time to argue with the clerk about giving me a refund or a credit! They should NOT have that vehicle on the road! I is dangerous to drive!

Saul U.The vehicle was filthy, was never cleaned. steering wheel was sticky and food and beverages were still in vehicle. I had to take to a car wash to have it clean before usage.. (vehicle was not up to U-hauls normal) Tire pressure light kept popping up. If it wasn't for the attendant (who was kind and attentive) I would've give it a poor. I would never suggest this location.
Theogene D.needs cleaning after each rental or the renter should be responsible for that. truck had many scratches and dent that took me a while to take all those pics downloaded, and not to mention the Marijuana smell that was in the truck. I had to put windows down until it was returned. A 15 feet truck rental for 24 hrs is $29.99 and 10 miles used @0.99c I was supposed to pay around $40. they endup charging me over $60. I was very disappointed. I HAD NO ISSUES RENTING THE TRUCK OR THE LOCATION. IS WAS THE CONDITION OF THE TRUCK AND THE OVER CHARGE.

I requested a printed receipt, was told no..It would be emailed in 20 minutes..That was 14.5 hours ago..Have not seen it..
VICTOR M.I knew from the reviews we should have gone somewhere else. But it was the only one in the area with a 26 ft available. The lady at counter was extremely rude, no customer service skills at all, the truck was dirty and our rented pads were not inside truck. But what really made this unacceptable for a business to conduct itself is overcharging an extra day by fabricating what time the truck was returned Thankfully we have pictures showing the time and date and have already submitted our dispute to corporate. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY if you want to be treated as a customer should and not have your hard earned money stolen. Oh they also will not give you a receipt that's their tactic to then put another time and charge and extra day.

Tried doing return online, could not, the app would not move on from the picture of the odometer, when I called uhall 800 number I was told all he could do was put a note on my order that I returned the truck and equiptment, but he could no help me further because I was not at the pick up location. Awful!!

I got a truck that the air condition did not work.I called the rep to report the problem but could not contact them during opening hours.Three hours after I returned the truck to the depot i advised the Rep about the issue with the truck Air condition and she got very rude with me,telling me i had the truck for three hours and I was reporting the issue when I returned the truck which was not the case,why give a customer a number if you dont answer and when you do answer it is in Spanish.I dont speak Spanish and felt like i was in the wrong country. I aslo requested the equipment to be verified before i left and she also ignored me. It was a very poor experience.

Whats the point of scheduling a pickup/drop-off if the site doesn't make that scheduled appointment a priority? upon drop off - no one reviewed the vehicle/checked it in. I was told to drop and leave as the Uhaul ‘site was closed' and they couldn't access records at 2pm in the afternoon on a Friday. Thus I had to return the vehicle with no verification on hand that I had done so nor any verification that the vehicle was clear/no incidentals.
