The contract said the vehicle had 1/2 a tank, it Had 1/4 of a tank. The truck was FILTHY. I killed 4 roaches, who knows how many more there were. The cup holder had cigarette ashes in it, there was rice and what looked like salt or sugar on the floor in the cab. There were also pieces of fake hair in the back of the truck and the steering wheel was sticky & grossJessica Lea B.

Uhaul has always been good to me but this location was terrible! They were very rude and didn't have what we had reserved. There was no one there when we arrived at the scheduled time (10AM) and when someone did finally show up she had no idea what she was doing. It took us almost 2 hours to get a trailer. Worst experience ever with any moving company.Spencer M.
