The truck drove terribly. Had to fight it to keep in the lane . Better when empty but definitely worse on interstate. Couldn't drive over 50. Loud air noises as if door open but wasn't . Took $75.00 in gas for an 80 mile trip. Not good experience.Debra H.

I don't feel like the importance of the process of after hours drop off is explained as being extremely important. I'm getting billed for fuel only because the drop off is saying the truck wasn't full (after hours). Luckily I paid with debit and have receipts.Bradley W.

I went to reserve a pickup truck the morning before and placed my debit card. I went to pick up the truck at 5:00am the next morning and drove it to the north side of Indianapolis. I was sent a text by these 2 numbers 812-349-8353 on 7/25/2020 at 9:37am. it said bring my truck back. Then I was sent another text same day that said Good morning it is urgent that you call us you are driving a truck without a registration 10:28am. Which was a lie. The registration was in the glove box. So you can imagine how upset I was. I was to have the truck until 2pm that afternoon. I was going to purchase a camper and had to cut my time extremely short. I never got the camper that day I didn't have time. I still have the texts. I am so dissatisfied as to what happened that day. When we (my daughter & I ) got back to University Rentals 711 W. 17th Str. Bloomington, IN, we found out that they had over booked the truck .I feel that feel that I should receive my money back. When I go to rent a box truck to move I will probably go with Hertz. I feel that I was unjustly taken advantage of. I have let friends and family know of what took place. I feel a full refund should take place. I didn't even get a discount and I was the one being taken advantage of. If this is how you do business then the Better Business Bureau needs to be contacted.Rosemary H.

The 26' truck needs engine work (missing bad on acceleration). Had to stop and put oil in it aslo. Had loose steering. Cargo lights inside box didn't work. Middle seat belts stuck under seat. Ramp was hard to get in and out of carrier. The truck rode like a wagon. I hate to see my final bill.Dennis A.

U-Haul Services were terrible, used the truck for 5 minutes, drove 5 miles and charged $150. Corporate office has terrible customer service and was very rude, acted like I was annoying her the entire time. Would not recommend to anyone in the area, go to a different location in town.Brianne N.

When I arrived he was cleaning out another vehicle making sure that when needed it would be ready. Have wiring harness adapters in stock. Having arriving I found I had to drive back to the west side of town to pick up an adapter. Have a way to tie up the wiring harness, at some point during the trip the harness drug on the ground and became disconnected. U-haul website would not let me input my vehicle information. U-haul website does NOT give you prices on trailers.Jim S.
