flagged is when they go to rent again. How is this possible in 2021?! If an EAlert is place, send a notice to everyone with that name in your database. I was informed also that all records of EAlerts are deleted instantly so there is no way to know or understand more about this incident. Lame.

The employee was very helpful for our first time renting a truck and it was very easy and quick finding the right truck and him explaining everything. It couldn't have been any better of an experience.

I don't feel like the importance of the process of after hours drop off is explained as being extremely important. I'm getting billed for fuel only because the drop off is saying the truck wasn't full (after hours). Luckily I paid with debit and have receipts.

I went to reserve a pickup truck the morning before and placed my debit card. I went to pick up the truck at 5:00am the next morning and drove it to the north side of Indianapolis. I was sent a text by these 2 numbers 812-349-8353 on 7/25/2020 at 9:37am. it said bring my truck back. Then I was sent another text same day that said Good morning it is urgent that you call us you are driving a truck without a registration 10:28am. Which was a lie. The registration was in the glove box. So you can imagine how upset I was. I was to have the truck until 2pm that afternoon. I was going to purchase a camper and had to cut my time extremely short. I never got the camper that day I didn't have time. I still have the texts. I am so dissatisfied as to what happened that day. When we (my daughter & I ) got back to University Rentals 711 W. 17th Str. Bloomington, IN, we found out that they had over booked the truck .I feel that feel that I should receive my money back. When I go to rent a box truck to move I will probably go with Hertz. I feel that I was unjustly taken advantage of. I have let friends and family know of what took place. I feel a full refund should take place. I didn't even get a discount and I was the one being taken advantage of. If this is how you do business then the Better Business Bureau needs to be contacted.

I left a debit card in the van How soon can I retrieve it?

The 26' truck needs engine work (missing bad on acceleration). Had to stop and put oil in it aslo. Had loose steering. Cargo lights inside box didn't work. Middle seat belts stuck under seat. Ramp was hard to get in and out of carrier. The truck rode like a wagon. I hate to see my final bill.

U-Haul Services were terrible, used the truck for 5 minutes, drove 5 miles and charged $150. Corporate office has terrible customer service and was very rude, acted like I was annoying her the entire time. Would not recommend to anyone in the area, go to a different location in town.

The man working here was friendly and enthusiastic. He responded to my arrival quickly and got me back on the road. When I arrived he was cleaning out another vehicle making sure that when needed it would be ready. Not only on your behalf but any company would be well represented if their employees were this welcoming.

Customer service needs to improve. If someone's following Uhaul's online protocol for renting a UHaul, try to not pull behind the guy and yell for the keys. Let him finish the fucking prompts.

Have wiring harness adapters in stock. Having arriving I found I had to drive back to the west side of town to pick up an adapter. Have a way to tie up the wiring harness, at some point during the trip the harness drug on the ground and became disconnected. U-haul website would not let me input my vehicle information. U-haul website does NOT give you prices on trailers.

All the folks here are wonderful to work with, from the owner to the employees, you always get friendly, knowledgeable service. Plus they have the convenient hours no one else has. University Rentals is my go to when needing to rent a Uhaul and should be yours too!

I had to change my reservation to this location which is further from my home, but I was so pleased with the service. This will be my rental location from now on.

When I turned on the van, I got a message on the dash that said the front and rear right tires were low and to add air. I looked at both tires and they were indeed, slightly flat. I walked back in to ask about this and was told it was just the sensors and not to worry about it. Flat tires make for harder driving and worse gas mileage. This was a little annoying. The app also did not work for my check in process. It wouldn't allow me to add a photo of my license and logged me out when I tried. Otherwise, a good experience. Friendly staff members.

This is an excellent locale with above and beyond service. The gentleman, and he is a true gentleman, working the counter on 9/29/20 between 12pm and 2pm is friendly, extremely helpful, and just a really nice guy to work with. He gets you your truck fast and takes the return fast, and will also recommend good BBQ!

The online check-in via the UHaul app was terrible. It asked me to enter 2 alternate contacts, whom I had entered previously when reserving online. Then the app demanded that I enter at least one new contact with a different phone number. This then failed, the help desk failed, and I spent 15 minutes struggling with it because the store manager could not get into the system because I had already started the process. Finally UHaul of their own accord cancelled the reservation, which allowed me to do a pick-up as a walk in via the store. The manager was very kind, understanding and helpful, he was astounding. The app was not. I will never use the app again to check in. I recommend you fix that flaw, it almost made me want to switch to another truck rental provider. You were saved by a good store manager.

The vehicle was not on a full tank of gas like indicated and I returned the vehicle in the same condition that I picked it up and was charged extra for 1.9 gal. Of gas. I don't agree with this. If you would like the vehicle returned on full then it needs to be picked up on full. Thank you.

Online check in at this location is terrible due to bad internet access. The gentleman at the store were great. I wish I wouldn't have chosen the online check in option. It took 35 minutes to get approved.

My reservation was double booked so the truck I was supposed to have was driven off by someone else. Fortunately, the people working there were able to quickly get me a new truck. Unfortunately, the man helping me told me to “stand there, look pretty, and be patient” which made me infuriated and embarrassed as a woman. And one of the men took off his mask while he was figuring out what to do about the truck.
