I received a bill for the storage, after I called and closed my account, which was paid in full. The bill went to my mother-in-laws house...which I am not even sure how you got that address.

The people at the actual location are amazing. The customer service line is the worst. Not helpful at all

Truly an incredible experience - if I could leave 6 stars I would. From the second I arrived, the staff was friendly, helpful, and polite. They went above and beyond!! GM, Mandie is incredible!!!

Busy when I got in there, but I don't fault them for that. They got through everyone quick and they were very helpful and nice.

It took 2 hours and 5 people to complete the simple task of giving me the access code and storage unit number of a unit that I already had reserved. This delayed my travel plans significantly.

everything went excellent and the person I spoke with when renting my u-haul that recommended the storage facility...kudos to her, I wish I could remember her name I want to thank her so much.

The Manager of this facility is very unprofessional and should be let go. How do you move out of a storage unit and it take a month to move you out? Then try to charge you for their employees mess up?

Difficult to reserve storage. I needed to talk to an actual person at the facility. I could only reach the 800#, they would leave messages for Willow Run and no one would call me back.

Made an online reservation for a space that doesn't even exist. Waiting THIRTY minutes on hold only to get more bad information. At least the woman who had to tell me I didn't have a spot was nice
