This location was not my preferred pick up spot. This facility and service were all good, I just wish U hail could guarantee a pick location
kristine F.It was fine until you representative (Robert)called my phone after I already dropped truck off to the same location I picked it from basically accusing me of not returning the truck and asking me 50 questions about where I dropped it off at. When I gave truck and keys to another work and he cashed me out and gave me my return receipt .. I feel it proper customer service to to check before calling the customer accusing them

Edite F.It was a bit rough getting a call from u-haul (48 hours before my pick-up time) that my rental equipment was not available in the location I made reservations for 2 months ahead, but the customer service representative was very helpful in adjusting for the changes.

Will C.I have rented with UHAUL on multiple occasions and it went smooth, but i had a bad experience here at this location. When i got there this morning the employee was not inside and i had to wait and ones he finally came inside, he kept answering other calls while dealing with me and barely answered my questions. There was a rental available for 11:00 return and asked him if i can rent the uhaul up until 12:00 and he told me there was a 1:00 rental and if i can try my best to return it before 1:00, i returned the vehicle at 12:00 and was told i returned it late and got charged for two days rental after the guy told me it was fine at the pick up, and i left the truck despite being charged for that extra day. It was definitely one of my worst experience with Uhaul. The staff at this location were straight up rude and some not giving out correct information or not knowing enough about the uhual rentals. Definitely won't recommend this seatac location after the service i had. Terrible customer service.
abdullahi A.My reservation was at the Renton wa location, and when I arrived at that location the trailer was not available. That caused me delays and expense. I was told to expect a $50 refund to be processed by end of day. But when I called 24 hours later it was not being processed. Please pay me the $50 and notify me

Anthony R.Was told at time of renting that truck was needed back by 7AM the next day for a family moving cross country and if it wasnt I would have to pay for that family's move. About 20 min after i left, I got word it would be virtually impossible for us to finish in time to get the truck back by 700AM the very next day. Called the store immediately and repeatedly throughout the day without an answer and then got transferred to the national line, who after i explained my situation, transferred me back to the "scheduling coordinator" who i think was at the store. No one answered this call transfer either even after holding for extended periods of time. Did not want to affect family who needed truck even though there were 15 or so other trucks on the lot of various sizes, so stayed up nearly all night completing the work. I understand staffing issues and getting busy, but there was literally not a single person empowered to help me and all i wanted was to either extend my rental for an additional few hours and/or get the "other family" a new truck on the schedule, or return my truck and get one that didn't need to be back at 7AM, which is when the store first opened anyway. There was no family waiting at the store when we returned it at 7AM, just the manager who said he was too busy to answer phones and that we should have just driven back to the store if we had a question. it's a tough time for hiring and customer service, but it shouldn't be hard to just be a regular customer and this store made it hard just to be a regular customer. Maybe it was just a bad day (we all have them) but I wouldn't rent from them again at this location. And I am sure the store is busy during the day, but there were no other people in the store either time I was there to rent or drop off.

I was pleasantly surprised by the experience (as I've had a lot of negative with U-Haul in the past), which is great because I have a lot of renting coming up over the next few months. I'll definitely be doing it here.
Russell W.Waited a long time, after being on calls w/ uhaul all morning. On one of those calls, he had no authority to help with my needs. Clerk was friendly. But you need more staff. Note: the fuel amount recommendations for the truck on the contract were incorrect causing us to put in more fuel than was necessary. It showed that it had a 40 gall tank. It was actually a 40 gallon tank. A huge difference in cost.

I would say that if your reserving a truck online… make sure the pick-up location is at the place you intend to pick up and not up to 30 miles away.

Mark A. | Overall ExperienceThis location is busy and only the manager was available. She even admitted she needed to hire more people to every customer in the store at that moment. Then, the manager was going to charge us the first months rent in which I told her we would be getting one month free because that's what it reservation was supposed to include. Customer service even told my husband that this location has a unit available and the first month would be free. She then tells me, "I don't participate in that. Because I'm so small here, I don't participate in that." I went back to the car to tell my husband who was watching our 5 month old who was sleeping. He goes in to talk to her and began to tell her that we were told we would get one month free of storage and that her sign in the front even says one month free rent. The manager says that she has to put that on her sign which is FALSE ADVERTISING! Then the manager finally asked if we had a certificate. My husband grabs the certificate from the car and then the manager says we can get one month free. It is my fault I wasn't prepared with the certificate but also the manager could've asked me and I would've remembered and got it myself. Horrible experience.
