ANDREW HWanted me to park trailer in a specific place instead of him doing it. Told him I couldn't backup too well. He took off. Never been asked to park it before. They've always disconnected it at drop-off point.
DEIRDRE BThe person that waited on me set it up wrong. He set it up locally for 1100 miles insead of long haul. This resulted in over 1700.00 in charges. The manager had to redo the contract for 1045.00. The truck also had 38 miles to empty. The location is poor in cell phone coverage. The guy also couldnt ring up a simple purchase. The lock i bought would not lock the truck. I personally think the help was a liability. The large truck will hurt you as the suspention is stiff.

BENARD HI dropped the truck off a they even put air in my bicycle tire so I could get back to my hotel. I highly recommend this location.

SAMUEL WRamp trailers should be listed at ramp width NOT floor width!!! Rented a 6'x12' utility trailer with ramp only to discover my SXS wouldn't fit onto the trailer because the opening is less than 50" Cost me several hours of wasted time and a tank of fuel to exchange for a car hauler

Michael MMaybe if you don't have some of the dollies available at certain locations then make it to where you can't click to rent them. We weren't told until getting to the store that one of the dollies wasn't in the store. We could've tried to make prior arrangements.

MARQUETTA WWhen I rented the equipment needed for moving i was told that the $60.00 rental deposit would be refunded back to me when I drop off the equipment at the u-haul drop off address where I was driving to. I paid cash and they said it would be refunded on my visa card and had the last 4 digits to my card, its been 15 days since this deposit was supposedly made and I have yet to see anything refunded on my account. I have asked both u-haul places; the one I picked up from and the one I dropped off at and I feel as if they have both givin me the run around!!! Very disappointed that I have to take time out of my busy schedule to chase down my money that was supposed to be refunded to me after returning the equipment!!!
Ashley SThe employees were fantastic. The rental/check out process was too long. Especially since i pre reserved the day before and my information was on file. I rented a 6x12 trailer and a pack of nylon rope and had to pay in two separate transactions. No need for this you should be able to check out all at once.
Stephen TDon't like picking a vehicle up that is not full of gas as you then have to guess gas useage- my case truck only had 1/4 tank of gas- so wound up giving u haul gas that I was not refunded for. If it was full then you just top it off before returning.

PHYLLIS F | First ImpressionsU-Haul Storage on Short Cut Rd., in Pascagoula, MS, has very shady people...2 in particular. My lock was cut off without my knowledge by their staff. No one notified me, mailed me a key, nor was their a valid explanation as to why it was cut off. Sheena and her partner I do believe Jonathan just couldn't fathom as to why my lock was ever cut, even though they are the managers, AND HAVE BEEN since I've stored my belongings at that facility for 4 years. I do pray that I nor anyone I know is in need of a storage facility again because I quiver at the thought of having to deal with that green haired quadraped and her ocular cohort. And when I asked them to cut off the lock that they clearly had replaced, they initially didn't even want to cut the lock, that they put on my storage, that I was never notified about. But Sheena went straight in her kennel and found that envelope with my name on it after she pretended that she had no idea and you could tell that she was making up a story about how it was accidentally mistaken for 114 which is across the hall and before you even get to my storage. Her partner in crime was so nervous the entire time, I thought he was going to faint. It was truly pathetic to see the two of them trying to recover from scheming on a scam. But I will never eeeeeevvvveeeerrrr recommend this facility to anyone for anything. And I may have that guys name wrong...but if you read this you do know that I am referring to you...the young man, not the older gentleman and I am not referring to the younger woman either you two are great! And to clarify...I never missed a payment in 4 years, not one. I have never received a letter stating that my things were scheduled to be sold at an auction, although I don't think that they would have ever made an auction even if I had received a letter. The two of you should go home and repent for your failed sin!
Amy B | Overall ExperienceYou dont want this review but you asked for it. I was told the vehicle was as clean if they had done it and thanked. I returned it on time. I have to wait several days to be refunded deposits... For some reason there were several errors in charges and double charges and missing equipment in thier pc... They fixed it I got a receipt. No biggy. My issue is... Some 2 months later I have to block them from my cashapp account because they tried to charge me 113 dollars in my sleep. The charge reoccur and i know because i get a notice that I blocked them. While were here....do you guys wanna stop trying to steal my money? Glad you asked for a review.

Trinitee B | Overall ExperienceI was storing my mother's effects until I could retrieve them. From storage to booking a trailer they were great. One of the guys was kind enough to help me get some of the heavier boxes on the trailer, as I am almost 70, and he was sweet and kind about it. Just a little hand and a little push made all the difference. Everyone was professional and well trained. I had no issues with the trailer setup, all the way back to Idaho. I had storms and high winds, but I don't believe that is in their scope of duties. Everyone was really great and I appreciate everyone's help.

Unit 114 was empty but again not available according to the manager even though the staff member I was dealing with said it wasn't reserved in the computer. My gate code wouldn't work. There weren't any units available but I was charged $104 anyway.

My furniture is probably going to be ruined by the end of the month and completely covered in filth. I will not be using Uhaul's storage units ever again.
