The facility was good, and staff very helpful. The only issue is with UHaul overall not providing a confirmed pick-up reservation date. This makes planning very hard and is very stressful.

It all was very confusing and frustrating. The pock up location changed and then they could find the deal.on line and took 2 people over a hour to help but finally got it. The manager didn't help his staff at all when they asked for help

This location is very easy to work with. The agents are friendly and efficient. Thank you! The paper tape is great. The other customers always seem happy too so it's a pleasant experience even though moving Stuff is so stressful!

Even though it was after hours a gentleman who looked busy cleaning up came up to the vehicle and unloaded the trailer pretty much immediately upon pulling in. Customer service was excellent.

Freeland Uhaul :How about being open? How about getting Angus to answer the phone? How about not making me take pictures of my license 3 times (once standing outside the door trying to get the truck)? How about there being a key to the truck in the box (half hour to go back through all steps to prove it's me again and no key - not in 1 and not in 3). How about not making me drive an hour to another U-Haul (not only had a 26' but there were people there to get me going!!) Clinton Uhaul. - YES to all. Jackie did a professional job of soothing my ruffled feathers and working out a solution (I did have to drive an hour to the Oak Harbor location). She's a sweetheart. I understand Jason is new (in the "Field Office"?) Well keep him off the phone until he learns the customer is always right. He wanted to explain to me why I wouldn't get the truck sitting on the lot. A problem on U-Haul's end should not be a problem for me. This provoked further anger in me and he told me he did not appreciate my verbal attack - I hung up.

The building and people were great and I have no complaints with them. The equipment was clean and in good condition. But in order to return the truck after hours I had to use the website and the process took over 20 minutes as there was very poor cell service at the location, but I had to be at the location to return it. I had to refresh the website several times as it would freeze or crash, and it should have only taken 2-3 minutes if it functioned properly. This turned a good experience into a terrible one. I could not recommend this location to a friend knowing they may have to deal with such an additional stressor while already dealing with the stress of moving.

I was told I was getting a tuck and tailor in everett. They told me that they had none that I had to go to oak harbor so I get there They had a tuck but no tailor They wanted me to drive to another location. After a hr in a half there I had to get just the truck to me it was 3/4 fule but it was at half

I filled the truck up to full. The gauge wasn't showing it but the pump would not let me add any more fuel to the truck. I added notes and disputed this information, no one got in touch with me and they just pushed the fuel charge through. Never gonna use this U-Haul again if this is how they handle dispute resolution.

The sign says 19.99 rental But with gas I spent just under $200 I drove approx sixty miles and had the truck for two hours Management wouldn't consider any discounts So I'm not going to consider that location ever again and I'll think long and hard about the bait and switch u haul pulls before I rent with you again

I am not a big fan of website reservation or payment but that part didn't suck as much as I would have thought. Mr. Fuchs handled my rental both in and out. The professionalism, speed and information he gave amazed me. I have used U-Haul many time and customer service has never been bad but never something noteworthy. Mr. Fuchs was so friendly, helpful and fast even though I was not a high dollar customer. He had an assistant working with him who seemed to be in training who was also helpful but mr Fuchs stood out enough that I took note of his name tag so I could complement him or send customers his way. I have been renting trailers from home Depot 2 times a month for a year but hit a snag and needed to use U-Haul expecting to be a one time thing. But the customer service I received had won me over.

In store was awesome. The online service needs to be updated to match availability. I guess nothing will ever compare to good ol' Customer Service! The internet and on-line experience was supposed to be easier and less time consuming, it isn't. Your online application is not reflecting future returns, only the here and now. In person, at the counter, I was given the opportunity to schedule a future appointment with what was coming available. Thank You, for the best in-person service!!!

The online pickup and drop off were absolutely horrific experiences. The website kept logging me out throughout the process, and it had issues with my phone number being used as the contact phone number because it was “already in use on the account”. I finally gave up on the drop off because I couldn't get my photos uploaded before it would log me out.

Explain Tow/Haul. I thought after reading the sticker that it was to be off when not hauling a load - so, when empty, I turned it off - otherwise it remained on. I only got 5 mpg at $4.00/gallon. Senseless but nobody explained that it was only to be on when hauling a trailer until I turned the truck in and complained about the exorbitant gas usage.

Charged me for Two days instead of One,charged me for Two dollies instead of one,charged a late fee when the truck was returned 30 minutes before it was supposed to be,and is still taking out over 60$ a day for things we are NOT supposed to be charged for.Horrible experience.

Old vehicle with almost 200k miles seemed to be a bit unsafe as it failed to drive straight. Check-in attendant was overall friendly. Check-out attendant didn't acknowledge me. Pricing wasn't worth the experience.

I should have received some sort of credit for the time I lost on the trip. I was stranded for hours in the freezing cold weather at Mt Baker. The appointments I missed cost me $300 in closing fees because I had to reschedule the closing on my house due to the delay from the flat tire
