Customer service was excellent. Misty offered me storage and gave me the certificate for the first month free even thou i told her I didn't need it but to pass it onto a friend or family who might. Truck was spotless on the inside both cab and back. Truck has lots of miles on it but still ran great. Thanks for helping us during our move.

I said yes that the equipment was well maintained, however I am not a mechanic and when we first pulled out from the lot we noticed the some slop in the stirring. The slop in the stirring became more noticeable when we entered the highway. The higher speed on the highway made the sloppy stirring mechanism much more noticeable. When I returned the vehicle I suggested that the front stirring mechanism be looked at by a qualified mechanic. Other than the sloppy stirring everything else was fine.

I think the trucks should be cleaner. There was ashes and dirt dust and debris in the cab and mud and dirt in the box it looks like some one returned it and they rented it out without even looking it over. The gas wasn't even topped off. And on top of it I was double charged. When I called customer service he was helpful and found the mistake. But said it would take 3 to 5 days to get my refund. I just felt like they were doing their best to get the most money as possible with the least amount of effort. I hope this helps to improve your company I would not use uhaul again unless they improved the quality of service. I understand everyone needs to make money but give the customer what they pay for

People were helpful & pleasant...being able to see the size of the spaces right there in the office was a real help.

Sign-in was very quick, and sign-out quicker. When you have a load to store, you don't want to be held up by paperwork. We had a horrible time moving this summer, but it was made easier with U-haul.

I am not happy I was charged $20 for CDW coverage. I did not opt in for this, that I am aware of. I feel this was buried in the fine print somewhere & I do not appreciate being tricked into this. Very unprofessional for such a well known company.

When we arrived I am not sure if it was the mangers family but there were 6 extra people sitting around the store and in the floor so we had to manuever around them to get to the counter and the rep we worked with seemed new so we were there longer than I would expect we ith no help from the manager that was standing there and now there seems to be issues with my card being run multiple times

Change your website to say location is at Pilgrim and Shawn, not Pilgrim and Silver Spring. Also include your exact address and telephone number on the receipt acknowledgement prior to pickup. I do want to say that Kathi Peet was a most pleasant and professional person to do business with on behalf of U-Haul.

No paper for packing....can you believe it! I had to go to Home Depot to get the tape, and packing material I needed. COME ON!!!! Did not have the chain links to a common vehicle...A Porsche Cayenne with a factory installed trailer hitch. COME ON!!! When I complained about not having packing paper, the female manager blamed it on corporate for not sending enough to her even though she ordered it. If that is true...COME ON!!! As it was this was a serious setback to our packing our mother who was moving into assisted living and we needed to mover her there by the next day....COME ON!!! This location is a storage unit facility and has NO inventory of trucks and trailers. My truck was the only one there. You should remove them from the 'recommended' list of trailer rentals immediately. If not...COME ON!!!!! I plan to return to Menomonee Falls in 3 months and I will look up the website to see if it is still recommended. If so I plan to blast it with negative reviews. Only one solution....Call me at 919-645-7371. If you do not, I will indicate that I attempted to reach out to U-Haul and you did not answer....COME ON!!! Tom Gross

My overall rental experience was good, but I was charged for 2 days, which caused my charges to double. I am very upset, and want a refund for the extra day. I rented a trailer at 8:42 AM on Saturday, May 18th, and returned it later that evening after the location was closed. The owner of this facility instructed me as to where I should unhitch and leave the trailer in their lot, which I did. However, after receiving my bill this morning, it shows that my trailer was checked in at 9:20 AM, causing my bill to be $90.28. I was quoted, and expected, a total cost of $45.15. I should NOT be charged for a 2nd day, and expect my charges to be adjusted. Please contact me to confirm these excess charges have been reversed. Thank you.

Everything was great except for one issue. Snow was left on the roof of the van I rented. When I braked for traffic, the snow slid forward and blocked half the windshield and jammed the wipers. I was in city traffic and had to try and maneuver to a safe place to clear the windshield. I'm a little irked that I was offered no compensation or consideration for a very dangerous situation I was placed in.

the truck would not start the next morning. I had to get jumper cables to start the truck before I could return it. Someone might want to check the truck.

The reason I gave below average remark is when I picked up the truck the lady barely acknowledged me. She never said anything more than she had to and I was the only person there. Also when I dropped it off the man grunted when I said hi to him. Only thing he said to me was “where’s the key”. Neither one of them said Thank You,Have a good day NOTHING. Very unprofessional.

The rental went smoothly and the girl behind the counter was very nice. However, make sure you check your receipt, I was charged for furniture pads and a utility dolly which I did not request or did not use. They were on the truck that I rented, but I never broke the seal on them.

I'm not sure what U-Haul considers "clean" so it's difficult to rate if the equipment was clean. I would have like to have seen back of the van at least swept out or vacuumed. Staff should be more attentive to checking the drop-off site. I had to go inside the building because "her back" was towards the door.
