This truck I was assigned to as extremely filthy. It was as clearly dirty when the worker handed it over to me and she didn't try to ensure that it was clean. The cup holders were filled sodas and trash. The doors were sticky and the floor boards were extremely filthy. For the amount of money I spent to rent this vehicle at least it could have been cleaned.Earnest W.

Make your Manger's and associates be helpful and research issues on paid update accounts. My account was paid. Had a lock on my unit 4417, I rented car to move my things in. The same night. But... Earlier that day the THE MANAGER!!! Told me I have a balance. So I had to go and look at my receipts. And I was on my lunch break. I rented a van for a day (19.99 daily rate), the uhaul clerk asked me approximately what time I would return the van, I said 3pm,(10am-3pm same day), I return the van 3:30, (had to refuel).. I only had the van approximately 5hrs!â€¦.the clerk charge me for an extra day!(19.99+10 insurance) $30 was added to the billâ€¦I explained that the rental was for a day (24hrs) I only used the van for 5 hrs, how can I be charged an extra day , the clerk couldn't explain the reason, she informed me that I could speak to the manager who conveniently wasn't there.. the worst experience in the 20 yrs I've used UhaulChristopher H.

My flight was delayed causing me to arrived later than planned and past the closing time of the location. I called to change my reservation to a "online" pickup, and was told that the change was all set. I received both and email and text message confirming the change had been made. When I arrived, not only was the online pickup service not available, but I was now stranded at the pick up location after hours with no transportation. I waited on hold with customer service for almost an hour only to find out that the change had not been made and there was no way for me to pick up the truck I had reserved previously. I was not able to pick the vehicle up until 9am the following morning which caused me to be late for a pre-scheduled appointment and delayed the remainder of my trip. After picking the truck up I noticed that there was broken glass on my seat and I continued to find pieces of glass all over the cab throughout my trip. The vehicle also required some maintenance as it pulled heavily to the right while driving and had a loud exhaust or manifold leak which did not help its already poor fuel economy. As a military veteran, I have used UHAUL Services off and on for more than 40 years. This is the first time that I was completely satisfied. Especially with the GMC vehicle. My only disappointment is that UHAUL does not give military discounts. Unbelievable!!Henry C.

All uhaul do is fail people. You rent the uhaul from a location that's closer to your destination and when it's not available the charge you for the mileage you use instead of giving extra miles for your travel on top of many many other things. I've been renting uhauls along time and they get worse by the year. I recently dropped of a truck in Biloxi MS putting the truck back on on 1/4 tank and the location said it was on a 1/8 tank. They knew I was 3hrs away and charged me any way knowing full well the truck was on 1/4 tank 34961182. WHAT A JOKE!!!!ANTHONY S.

i was less than impressed with the young lady i initially met with when requesting a truck. She was on the phone and didnt seem interested in helping me, as she stated we don't have any trucks available, after going to several other locations i decided to go online and reserve a truck at THIS location, when i came back THEY DID HAVE Trucks, i felt a little slighted that a worker JUST LIED to me and wasted a lot of my time. The young gentleman helped me very nicely when i returned with my reservation, the young lady STILL on her phone STILL seemed unbothered..... I WAS very disappointed that better customer service was not exhibited on my initial visit.BILLY B.

Did not have the pads I request or dolly I requested. The truck was on empty when I picked it up and I was told it was a quarter full. I did not leave the lot and went back and told the lady in charge and she said I would have to call to get it adjusted. That call took twenty minutes and that lady said the site could have taken care of it.Fred H.
There was a problem with the strap on the trailer, and both straps to tie the car down were very rusty. Also, I brought the trailer back at 5pm instead of 3pm, and called in at 2pm, but when I got there at 5pm, the attendant charged me for two days. I asked her if I could keep the trailer then because I wasn't finished. She said that I could, but I would have to pay for the same day twice. It's what she said kept showing up in her computer. I didn't understand this policy and other than that, the overall experience was ok, I guess it would have been great if I didn't have to pay for an extra day that I couldn't use the trailer on.Johnathan B.

Your Staff was very unprofessional. We walked into the store , the staff was very unfriendly and did not even greet us. We had to ask all of the questions rather than them explaining the process and asking us if we had questions. The guy who showed us where the storage was located walked off and left us and did not go all the way , and he stood and pointed which was very confusing with it being such a long hall it was hard to see. He did not even have the common courtesy to say thank you we actually were the ones to thank him. Moving within itself is very exhausting and it is very frustrating when you have unprofessional people like these working in your establishment. Only thing I don't like is Customers are forced to purchase locks. I have several storage locks. I had made reservations for a storage unit when I got there I was on a long line with only one clerk. I had movers waiting so I lost over $200 and no one at u-haul seem to care. The unit I was shown was not what i got. Instead I was given a much smaller unit than expected and of course I had to pay more for a larger unit. I will never use this facility again - ever!! I have used this facility before and didn't have a problem. Unfortunately this was not one of those times. There was a leak in my storage unit and most of my belongings were ruined!!!!!!! The unit reeked of Mildew. Mold covered my furniture, luggage, shoes,and clothes it was awful!!!!! The staff at the location just gave me a number to call and said they have nothing to do with insurance claims!!!! There was no empathy or compassion, shown toward me, It actually could have helped me feel a little better about the situation, but, I guess it's still just business as usual for them. Now, it's not their fault my unit leaked, however, I will NEVER use uhaul again!!!!! The facility was dirty. The gentlemen that helped us was in NO hurry whatsoever. I had a deadline and he could have cared less. He told me the system was down so my access card would not work so he would have to walk down there to let me in. However, he then started helping someone else so I had to wait about 10 more minutes for him to finish that. The whole experience left a lot to be desired. I called in ahead of time and was told I was good, when I got there he had a million questions, many of which I thought were totally unneccessary. However if they were necessary, I wish I could have done that over the phone when I called. It would have saved me a lot of time.
