ARCHIE SI returned the trailer Saturday evening. There were only two employees working and there were six parties waiting to return trucks and trailers. One of them came through the lobby several times but did not speak to anyone. The other worker came in after about twenty minutes and gave us directions on how to return the equipment. Needed more workers or better trained workers.

BETTY BThe truck was infested with roaches and just because I said I didn't take pictures they feel they can just say there wasn't any roaches on the truck. I know what I saw and killed over 25 roaches. Have pest control do an analysis and have them write that there wasn't any roaches in a statement then you all can charge me the fee but I know my experience and I know some got into my bags.

ERICK DThe manager Ms. Brown had one of the nastiest attitude you ever want to experience. I have rented several times in the past with no problems, but this time was terrible. What really did it for me was she handed me the key, told me the number was at the top of the truck. The lot was full, I asked ma'am where is the truck? She pointed & said other there on the lot. In the past I have been walked to the truck, but not this rude woman. No it was not busy, they literally had just opened. Will not be going here again!!

DELORIS WHave the truck moved out to where it is ready to be picked up, and not accessible because another truck is behind it. Otherwise the employees did a great job of getting me a truck size I needed, even through I had to drive 50 to pick it up in another city. They compensated that by giving me an extra day and extra mileage due to backtracking to the loading point.

TAMEKIA MYour manager Tanesha could use a refresher in customer experience training. She was not rude but her personality when dealing with customers needs improvement. This was my first time in maybe 10 years renting at this location and as I tried to get clarification on question she was very short and very 'em personable. Yes she is quite knowledgeable of the process and equipment but simply needs a friendly approach.

We had to ask all of the questions rather than them explaining the process and asking us if we had questions. The guy who showed us where the storage was located walked off and left us and did not go all the way , and he stood and pointed which was very confusing with it being such a long hall it was hard to see. He did not even have the common courtesy to say thank you we actually were the ones to thank him. Moving within itself is very exhausting and it is very frustrating when you have unprofessional people like these working in your establishment. Just an overall bad experience.

There was a leak in my storage unit and most of my belongings were ruined!!!!!!! The unit reeked of Mildew. Mold covered my furniture, luggage, shoes,and clothes it was awful!!!!! The staff at the location just gave me a number to call and said they have nothing to do with insurance claims!!!! There was no empathy or compassion, shown toward me, It actually could have helped me feel a little better about the situation, but, I guess it's still just business as usual for them. Now, it's not their fault my unit leaked, however, I will NEVER use uhaul again!!!!! On top of that, I had to get someone to haul all my ruined belongings to a dumpster for disposal.

He told me the system was down so my access card would not work so he would have to walk down there to let me in. However, he then started helping someone else so I had to wait about 10 more minutes for him to finish that. The whole experience left a lot to be desired. I called in ahead of time and was told I was good, when I got there he had a million questions, many of which I thought were totally unneccessary. However if they were necessary, I wish I could have done that over the phone when I called. It would have saved me a lot of time. I have had a lot of experience with U-haul and most were very good but this was extremely poor.
