Facility was clean and took good care of me. But I was charged 170 and was told that unless I went over on days and miles I was good. Now today I'm being charged another hundred dollars implying I had the truck an extra day and that it had to be cleaned. We swept the truck and folded all the pads. We picked it up on Friday and returned it on a Saturday. I've already sent one email but unless someone can give me a viable response for the extra charges, I'm contacting better business cause this is theft.

I was told all rentals were gone for Sunday. I had filled out a form on line. Sat I went to check, N. View, was told they were out and the one on Ellis/80 were out.!I called all locations. No luck. Later was told Pearl had one. Went to Pearl, they sent me to 80/Ellis. Lady there was great!!!!

Need to stress customer service. I walked in and there were 3 guys on the counter and no other customers. No one asked if they could help me. I had to asked them which one of them was open. And they drag around and move with no sense of urgency.

Overall unprofessional environment, people on their phones on video calls while I was at the counter, employee was showing my card to the person they were on the video call with and I am concerned that my card info was stolen, did not have all the equipment I had reserved 2 weeks in advance, even though they had it they would not let me have it because my reservation was not as important as the other person's reservation. I was the only Caucasian person there and felt very mistreated. Employees yelling with customers across the store because the customers didn't want to wait in line and instead yelled over everyone to skip the line and employees were ok with it. I would not recommend a white person use this location for any reason.

Listen to the customers better! I made a reservation for a 15ft U-Haul. My husband went into the store and said my wife Jana Stevens made a reservation. He was asked my email address and he called me for it. So, with my name an email address she couldn't pull my reservation up. Really! She then went on and started a new rental, with my husband's name only to find out that his only option was a cargo van! The reason we needed this truck was to move our son into another apartment. Using the cargo van there were more trips that was needed! I call the store and spoke with Mr. Emmanuel, Manager! I speak only English an I didn't understand why it was a problem to give me a discount due to the error. I found out by your regional office called me to see if I still would be getting the truck! It was a major disappointment to me because I have done a lot of business with U-Haul in the past, but may have to use another company! Never used this store before. Maybe, you they need a software that could pull up with customers name or email address!

When I ordered my U-Haul I also paid for an appliance dolly. When I showed up to get my truck they didn't have the dolly. How would I move big items into the truck I asked and was told sorry they didn't have any dolly's.

I have used this facility before and didn't have a problem. Unfortunately this was not one of those times. There was a leak in my storage unit and most of my belongings were ruined!!!!!!! The unit reeked of Mildew. Mold covered my furniture, luggage, shoes,and clothes it was awful!!!!! The staff at the location just gave me a number to call and said they have nothing to do with insurance claims!!!! There was no empathy or compassion, shown toward me, It actually could have helped me feel a little better about the situation, but, I guess it's still just business as usual for them. Now, it's not their fault my unit leaked, however, I will NEVER use uhaul again!!!!! On top of that, I had to get someone to haul all my ruined belongings to a dumpster for disposal.

Only thing I didn't like he's being charged when you cook can't even make it to the destination and I and then when it ain't your fault when you don't make it to your destination you got to be charged for something or whatever and then when it's not even a person's fault I mean that shouldn't even be right now I can see if it was the person's fault that they couldn't make it but no it wasn't if it ain't the person's fault they still have to be charged for nothing

The facility was dirty. The gentlemen that helped us was in NO hurry whatsoever. I had a deadline and he could have cared less. He told me the system was down so my access card would not work so he would have to walk down there to let me in. However, he then started helping someone else so I had to wait about 10 more minutes for him to finish that. The whole experience left a lot to be desired. I called in ahead of time and was told I was good, when I got there he had a million questions, many of which I thought were totally unneccessary. However if they were necessary, I wish I could have done that over the phone when I called. It would have saved me a lot of time. I have had a lot of experience with U-haul and most were very good but this was extremely poor.

Yes the facility was clean but you all have rats. When I moved my things out 1 ran out of one of my containers. I did not store any type of food. If you all get rid of the rats it would be great.
