I would like a manager or someone, who is and will make an executive decision, to call me immediately please! The vehicle I rented, did not by any means, have proper tires for the conditions in this region. I am aware of this because I was not able to move even a single load with the vehicle as was intended because it got stuck approximately 7 or 8 times on nothing more than snow covered (3 inches) roads or flat parking lot areas. Once I had finally gotten to my loading point and loaded the vehicle with the items I was needing to move, it again got stuck and I had to pay someone else for use of their pickup to come help me transfer all the items from the uhaul vehicle to the pickup so that they could be brought to the storage unit before closing time. Everytime the uhaul vehicle had gotten stuck it took anywhere from 20-60 minutes approximately to get it moving again. I worked much harder at the original task than should have been done and it ended up costing me more money for use of another transport vehicle as well as the fuel I replaced into the uhaul vehicle. I am hoping that this will be resolved quickly and efficiently without any further escalation by refunding my charges for the uhaul vehicle rental. Please reply within a timely manner. First, the truck said full but I only went 12 miles and put 7.2 gallons of fuel in it, I know these get better fuel economy than that and the fastest I went was 30 MPH. Second, using your website to self check in it would keep freezing up, ended up going inside and the gal felt put off helping me and I was the only customer in the store, she was acting like I had all night to dick around wanting me to use the self check in after I explained what was happening, finally after I started getting testy with her she went out to the truck and took her own picture of the mileage and fuel gauge but didn't give 2 shits about what I told her about the fuel situation. The manager in the morning was amazing but the help in the afternoon not so much.

Check in on line was not possible, I had to leave the truck at U Haul and return the next day to check it in. We did call customer service at the time for assistance but they were unable to help.

why Are we not able to use a public restroom here- the slow checkout lady who may have been in training said they did not have a restroom so had to drive to nearby McDonalds to use restroom in a big truck. NOT CONVENIENT!!! also the gal said the dolly was loaded but after I left they called and made me come back to get the dolly that had not been loaded. This put me late by an hour for thee people who were helping me load. People need a bathroom if they are going to have customers..... get one available.

I was sent to three different locations to get my trailer. I had confirmed leading up to the event as well as the very day before that it would be in place. I received it late due to all this and they still tried to charge me an extra day. The straps on the auto transport and the winch hardly worked. Many employees standing around doing nothing while there is a huge line with people waiting. Not good at all. Thank you,

Nice crew. The gas line in my U Haul Pickup was cut in half by gas thieves and I realized it by dumping 6 gallons of fuel on the ground and soaking the moon boots. They helped me quickly by meeting me at another facility to swap for the only replacement pickup available in town - who someone was already reserving but willing to take an upgrade to accommodate me. Nice people. Good quality equipment, trucks and car-hauler trailers. All vehicles were dirty interior which seems to be the "U-Rule" of thumb every time they rent me a truck or van. I think they train their employees to make sure the vehicle is dirty...This pickup was a mess inside, greasy mirrors and the glass looked like Jack and Rose were bonkin in the back for a month straight as they steamed ahead full across the Atlantic night on a ship that would easily squash any ice chunks in the way and arrive in New York safely with over 2,000 passengers on board. Rose would of had to be eating chips.

I will ALWAYS use this location for my U-Haul needs we are always needinf a 4x4 truck so we go to this U-Haul location on Sprage Ave in Spokane,Wash and rent from them as we did for all our moving needs this past few months. More care should be exercised by staff to properly prepare equipment to be rented. The truck I rented had a padlock on the sliding door. Upon return an employee had a terrible attitude and seem to be “showing off” to a new employee who was being trained. Customer service was some of the worse I have ever experienced.

Get your shit together with your booking system. I waited almost 30 minutes for approval for your online process and NO reps responded to multiple requests. I finally go into the store to get it resolved... I used the online system as the day before, I had gone in to get my reservation and the rep was so clueless and waiting on your lousy system to respond, I walked out and cancelled that reservation. Hoping I could get service Online - what a joke. The only reason I use UHaul is you have effectively locked up the market. You would think with so many vehicles and locations, you could manage to get your clients in and out under 30 minutes and it has been that way the last couple of times I have rented here. Time to look for other vendors as UHaul seems to get worse and worse - Conveniently close, but WOW - it you want to stand around and watch the rep stare at a screen forever, then UHAUL is your place - me, I am looking for others going forward.

I wasn't able to return the truck the same evening I rented it because it didnt pull up in the system. I was really irritated because due to no fault of mine I had to pay extra mileage.

The first location I reserved an auto transport at did not have one upon my arrival they sent me 2 miles further down the road the the Sprague location. They had several at this location and it worked out . Recommend your web site tell you when there are none available at that location.

The location is undergoing an office remodel and they could have made the customer entry area easier to identify. There was also no indication where customers are supposed to actually drop off equipment. Otherwise I would give the location and staff a high rating!

Train employees on customer relations skills including how to interact properly with customers. Talking down to customers will definitely make people not want to give you their business in the future.

I used the app and it sucked took more time to figure out where the truck was and get the key than it would have been to get one there and also i almost got charged 400 for someone not recording the previous milage. They fixed it but if i had to check in when it was closed i would have been screwed. Overall not happy

Yard guy was great! Very helpful hooked up trailer and went way out of his way. Lady in office cold and bitter you guys have atleast 20 different plug in adapters for lights but force your customers to buy new 4 prong plugs to get a upsale. You will never get my business again. That is cheap to get someone in a spot that has to have a $5 part and you happen to sell them right there for $300%. I as Lao manage a large construction company and we rent across the nation from you guys. With your company attitude I’m sure you don’t care because they are all independent so it’s just one complaint but I will do anything I can to discourage people from using you. Even to put a add out to let people moving to Spokane or around to use a trailer for free.

Upset because the gas reading had to be wrong. Put in one gallon of gas and only drove less than 5 miles and they charged me $8.08 for gas.
