Door was very hard to open and close and never met a single staff member Unit was clean but because of the door not well maintained There is no office hours because they have nobody ever at this location

All was easy and understanding to do online and move in. Took a big load off my shoulders to be able to quickly get online and move in ASAP, excpecially in the middle of the night.

So I have an issue that caused me some significant time and hassles. When I called the u-Haul 800 number to arrange renting a truck and storage unit.. I chose uhaul because you have a location walking distance from my former residence. As it turns out I was sent there ( 50 Alexis Rd Toledo Ohio ) by the very helpful lady on the phone. But it wasn't the right location. I had to go miles away. So rather than be able to walk to get my rental I had so get a ride. Which by the way was not my plan, not easy, and I wouldn't have booked the truck and unit that day if I had known the actual location where I needed to go. The pickup time was also 1 and a half hours later than I was told to be there. I really hope whoever's reading this will take the time to consider my situation and help me offset my wasted time money for my rides gas and my frustration in getting my rentals to work out that day. I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for something like that. And I would definitely take care of my clients in such ways if it were my company.. Anyway, other than the truck being late and the wrong location given, the only other issue was created by me misplacing the rental key! The truck was fine the units fine Thank you for your time! When I reserved my storage unit online, I chose a 5'X10' unit. When I went to sign the contract the unit I was assigned was not available. I was sold a 10'X10' unit instead, but was PROMISED I would pay the price of the smaller unit price for the bigger unit due to U'Haul's error. The price difference was $20 a month cheaper. I was charged the price of the larger unit when I signed the contract, but was PROMISED that the extra would be refunded to me and I would be from then on only to be charged the cost of the smaller unit ever month. I was always charged the extra $20 a month and never got a refund of the price difference. I feel I was batted and switched! This is very poor business practice! I no longer feel U-Haul is a company that keeps it's promises!
