It was quick and easy no hassle up front honest no hidden fees. I had to go late at night to access it when I finally arrived I felt safe because of the security gate and cameras. I know my things will be safe as well

The self storage access code didn't work because gate was broken. I was able to call the emergency number and a very nice lady helped me. The outside bay stalls had old junk littering abandoned in almost every stall. The bays are not numbered and no one is present at the facility at anytime of the day. Hole in fence around the property big enough for a person to walk thru on the backside. I'm concerned about how secure my rv really is.

The manager for most the time I has was very rude anytime I need to call or ask a question she acted like it was a problem to have to provide customer service! And because of that I wiould not recommend this storage facility. Nor would I return to it I. The future

Just like to give a HUGE thank you to Sunny who helped me with the 24/7 service via phone. I really had no idea what I was doing.... She talked me through the process and it was a piece of cake. KODOS to her.

The building was great, but when I first moved in about 10 years ago- they didn't have a store room in the size I wanted. So they gave me a bigger one at the smaller building price and promised it wouldn't ever go up. Every year it kept going up and the price doubled since I left.

Other than going up 50 percent on the storage fee and some online issues, ti was ok.....when i first got the locker it was 49.99 and in three years it was 74.99 and that is crazy and got nothing in return. the gate was also open many times and wqs not secure. the price was the main issue.

Lost a lot of my stuff due to mold and I don’t understand how that happened feel I should be compensated or something just not right but I guess it was my fault for using that facility 🤔😡

I only say this because the first time I tried to move I had issues letting the movers in and I ended up having a to pay another month. But regardless of when you move you still have to pay that full month you don't get a partial payment back or anything

I was satisfied with the location, but there were always people walking down the street which made me feel cautious about the spot. Also the inside storage facility was not very well kept up and looked like open junk storage. It could be a better storage facility.

The overall unit was fine. However the manager is why I would never use them again, or recommend them to a friend. They said we had to use one of their locks. We did and went back a week later and it would not open. They said we would have to call a locksmith to have it removed there was nothing they could do. It cost us $70.00.

We were told with EVERY truck we rented "you get a free month of storage at one of our facilities when you rent one of our trucks, want to reserve a unit and take advantage of this offer?" so, the third truck we FINALLY take you up on it and reserve a storage unit for a free month and rent a 26toot truck and drive seven hours only to arrive at our destination to find out #1: they will not honor a free months rent and even said they have ASKED UHAUL TO STOP TELLING PEOPLE THEY CAN GET A FREE MONTH BECAUSE THEY CANT. #2: They do not even have a storage unit reserved for us AT ALL even though we have a reservation number stipulating the size of the unit and the location and we've driven seven hours with a truck crammed with our belongings. We got 'lucky' they had 'one unit left' for 200$ WHICH WE MUST PAY RIGHT THEN OR WE HAVE NO PLACE TO PUT OUR STUFF. #3: we are ALSO REQUIRED TO PURCHASE and use the cheap round UHAUL lock and are not allowed to use our expensive special lock we researched and ALREADY PURCHASED just for our unit OR WE CANT RENT A UNIT AT ALL. #4: We also had to PURCHASE AN APPLIANCE DOLLY because even though we checked that box on the reservation when we went to pick up the truck we were informed they 'did not have an appliance dolly nor the 24 furniture blankets that were also on the reservation. We're so excited in addition to everything else to also pay an additional $200 on-site that day when we showed up just to be able to unload the truck we had rented because the uhaul location WOULD NOT EVEN HONOR THE RESERVATION OF THE UNIT ITSELF LET ALONE THE FREE MONTH OF RENT we had been promised. Unmitigated disaster showing uhaul taking advantage of their customers at every turn.

I was misinformed on how to make a payment. I tried on several occasions and it showed a zero balance. When I called she told me I had to wait for the 18th. On the 21st I already had a late fee. I've done a lot of business with you in the last couple months and I feel cheated. I will go elsewhere in the future.

I think she have GM on her shirt and she was rude. I have a reservation # from on line and she didn't want to here that, kept saying she didn't have no reservation even when I was trying to read and show it to her. very disrespectful to the customer. kept saying the call center made the reservation and they didn't have the storage, but finally made me a reservation.

Very helpful and understanding made sure we had plenty of time and even gave us extra days at no charge and even more changed our drop off location to a closer more convenient location at no charge!!!

We chose a climate-controlled unit and were pleased with how well it protected our storage items. The staff was always helpful and courteous when we had questions.
