My experience with the company was very pleasant the people were very polite and understanding and the units were very well kept i will be using it again in the near future and I will also let my friends know about it
This is the worst customer service experience that I've had in quite a while. Uhaul has in my mind been the standard for moving and storage. Just had a big move, rented a truck and got a "free" month of storage. So I took it just in case. Bad idea. They tried to sell me an insurance fee that was "policy" but was not on the agreement for the "free" storage unit. About 10 days after my move I used the email they provided to inquire about canceling because I didn't need it. No one responded. I emailed twice afterward, still no response. Then I called in about a week or so later, talked with someone and asked to cancel. I explained that I had never visited the storage unit and didn't need it which they can confirm both by camera and in their system because I never used the code they provided to let myself in to the unit. She said it would be taken care of that day. Not done, no confirmation email. Then I received an email a day ago stating that I would be charged if I didn't respond by the end of the month. I called and was told that I had "moved in" and someone needed to check me out. Again, never stepped foot on the facility. They said someone was going to verify right then. So I drove here because I didn't trust that. Sure enough, the guy who was supposed to have gone didnt. He was still at the office and had no idea about my situation. That was Ralph the Manager. So I explained again and he said he would drive out to check. He said that if there was a lock, sometimes their employees put one on there if they knew it was rented. Waited here for over an hour. He got back and said there was a lock on it but they hadn't put it on and suggested that it was mine. I again explained that I had never been to the facility. He said they would need to cut the lock. Still waiting another hour. They do have cameras, why would I lie about never having been there? Seems like it shouldn't be that hard. Not happy. My recommendation, never come here. Never buy the "free" line. Boo uhaul. Any guesses as to what will happen next or how long I'll be here? #negativestar Update: another hour down the drain. Still shouldn't be that hard. Final update: confirmation of my "move out" achieved after a few hours. Turns out they gave me a unit that still had someone else's stuff in it. Since I had never been there I had no idea. It was complete with an unopened mailed package with the other persons info on it. Vindication? Perhaps, but I still lose, cause I'll never get that time back. Thank you uhaul.
I knew that i wouldnt make it in time from Pittsburgh Pa to Baltimore Maryland. My brother went and signed the papers for me to be able to get the unit. They worked with me and gave me a first floor unit. Thank you!
Two weeks later I'm still wasting all my clothes that was completely covered with mice droppings. I had to throw away a lot of my belongings because they were either damaged from the mice shredding them or completely covered in poop. Also, I keep getting emails and phone calls about a balance when my storage was suppose to be a month free due to renting a uhaul truck
I cancelled my storage unit on the second day of having the unit. I was told I was getting an outside unit. The unit was inside and not the size I needed. After canceling the unit I did not receive a refund and the unit was reopened instead of cancelled out like I wanted. I received a second bill for the unit and didn’t use the unit at all. Ralph was able to assist me with this error and I am still awaiting my refund.
The location and their manager Ralph is completely unprofessional. I would never rent here again just based off the poor customer service. They failed to closed my account three times after I moved out and I continued to get billed. I kept contacting them but nobody fixed it. Manager Ralph was so nonchalant about the waste of my time. No apology or empathy shown at all. He couldn’t even send me a real receipt for proof the account was closed. He sent me an email with two words that literally said “room closed”. What a joke. I had to call corporate to get a real receipt. This location is just ghetto. Don’t even bother calling, they’ll just put you on hold for 20-30 mins and hang up or forget about you.

I absolutely love the staff.. they are the best and very helpful. Amani....shes wonderful and very pleasant.
Your lead owner was terrible he was rude disrespectful this was my first time did not send anyone until i ask i will never used this location again was mpt convenient to unload your truck had to walk all the way around
They don't know how to keep track of their records well.
Excel . I have one concern my key bent very easy in the lock you recommended and broke off I only had it for a couple days and I don't think its right i pay $50 for you to brake it.
Needs to have a elevator!!!

The front desk owner was very inconsiderate very demanding ask for money firsthand. Did not want to send someone to help getting in for the first time. Doors was locked no help

No Comment at the moment, but I'm well pleased with everything.
The Manager was efficient, on point and very curtious. Also Mr. Williams was nice, and very well mannered.
The facility is without an elevator. The heat inside the building was atrociously unbearable.
I would recommend going back to the old way where there was a service desk to help because the process online to check a vehicle in and out in a timely fashion was not efficient.
The check in took a considerable about of time. I think it would help if you advised renters to arrived 15 prior to their scheduled rental time as waiting for the "approval" cut into my scheduled time.
Everything went great. Everyone was very helpful n the head manager was so cool. Thank for the great services that u all provided for me.

There’s no way to get your access code if misplaced, unless you drive to the actual location. Although the staff at the location are helpful, the storage unit does not have 24-hour assistance.

24/7 availability is not true supposedly problems with the Locking System unable to enter should be remedied as soon as possible.
only one issue, did online pickup, wrong key in box that I was directed to, but a phone call took care of it very efficiently and was on my way with only a short delay
