The unit contact never answered their phone. The facility eas riddled with damage. Bathroom locked. Had to call police for broken doors that looked like a break in and the contact person never answered my calls nor returned them. For the money… the units and facility is not worth it at all. We got our stuff out as quickly as we could.

This is NOT a drop off location. After arriving I could not find a drop box for the key and called customer service. Was on hold way too long for them to figure this out. They blamed the store that I picked up the truck from for assigning me this location, but I chose it from the uhaul site based on location. Then I was told I would have to drive it elsewhere. Please remove this location from your list of available drop offs.
