Need more workers. The guy was working by himself
LINDA B | First ImpressionsI had so many issues with other locations and about 25 calls with the corporate office or more over three days for a move from Lee's Summit, Missouri to Houston, TX with a 26 ft and a 20 ft truck. As an elderly woman trying do this move, I was totally frustrated and defeated. The only good experience that I had was with Corey Weaver at the location on 45 and Richey Rd in Houston. He fixed everything and I recommend this location.

My car was automatically debit on the 27th of last month when I was already cleaning out my unit and I was forced to stay another month because they would not refund nor pro rate.

This move is much more expensive than first thought. I don't have dressers, nor mattresses. My son and I are sleeping on the floor. I'm in desperate need of new linens. Kescer A | First ImpressionsI rented a U-Haul for 24 hours to help complete a job. Well at the time of pick up i didn't have my license with me so listed a helper as a driver. Well the job took longer than expected and I needed the truck that was still loaded with material for atleast 2 more days.. so I paid and did the 2 day extension. So that I'd have the truck to finish the job and get paid. Well the aforementioned helper became belligerent and disgruntled and unbeknownst to me decided to call in the middle of the night to tell U-Haul to come pick up the equipment which they did with my material and all. They would not let me add myself as a driver nor anyone else they would only let the helper come drive the truck away. I started the contract and actually signed at the end on the contract but I had no say so and when they printed out the contract instead of him just being a driver his name was on the contract. We went into the store and if u see cameras I started contract I paid the money but he was able to cancel my U-Haul and cost me thousands of dollars cause I wasn't able to finish job I've got 5 emplo yees not paid and the price of the rental it's been a nightmare and. Did not appreciate the lack of understanding your team displayed
Joshua W | First ImpressionsThe recent upgrades and increased storage capacity make it even more convenient and easier to utilize U-Haul for my storage needs. The cost is a bit high, but compared to some of the other storage companies, U-Haul still provides a better renting experience.
