Safety chain had bastard chain hooks. Would not work. Everything was orderly, neat, prompt, in excellent condition, team was superb from check-in to check out, all three times during this move! I rented a cargo van twice and a 15' truck once to move furniture. No problems whatsoever! Great teamwork!!! 10/10 from beginning to end from my experience!! I love the In-town cargo van! Saved many trips from point A to point B. The van with sliding side doors were much easier to load than the doors that open straight out, but still hauled a lot of cargo.MARILYN S.

There were no issues with this location in particular. We had to wait a bit past our pickup time, but nothing too crazy. Everyone was nice and did their jobs well. However, do not call the 1-800 number for anything, every time I call they are extremely rude and unhelpful. They demand for your card number and when you decline and tell them you'd rather go in store, they get more rude than they were before. Just save yourself the trouble and go in, the people at Andresen were awesome.Justin T.

I must say, I honestly feel so very satisfied with the experience I had at this facility. The people working were friendly, helpful, but I was very impressed while standing in line with 10 people in front of me, the manager Brittany was keeping things moving smoothly by controlling everything and everyone with knowledge of what was happening, and all the while, smiling! And it was so good with all the waiting customers, if you were not wearing a mask, she stated it was needed, and of course if you didn’t have one, she offered one. The woman who "helped" me when I arrived at your store was unfriendly. I would not have complained until she handed me the keys and told me to walk around the parking lot "pushing the alarm button" until I heard my van honking. First of all, it was pouring down rain and every other time I have rented a vehicle from Uhaul the vehicle was set aside for pick up. I ended up having to walk completely around the store and found it sandwiched in between two other trucks behind the store in an alley.JULIE F.

There was some confusion with my rentals as to where it was to be picked up. It changed from the time I ordered it to the time that I was to pick it up. I was not notified of the change. There was also a discrepancy between what the Rep. saw on their computer and what my online acct. said. This UHaul location is the best one I have every experienced. It is clean, friendly and super helpful. They went out of their way to help and assist me. I rented a few Trucks from here over the years and there's one thing I really hate. Just like today. You tell me I have a half of tank of fuel and when I do my walk around it barely has a quarter tank of fuel. This is stealing. Your Cheating your customers. Then if the customer doesn't fuel the truck when its returned you charge them for the fuel but you don't go and fill the Truck up. No matter what when ever a customer picks up a truck it should ALWAYS start out with a FULL Tank of fuel. I shouldn't have to fuel up before I even start my day. Your charging the customer for the fuel Take the Dam Truck across the Street and Top off the Tank.JAMES P.

Hugh was very patient and professional. I definitely appreciate his demeanor considering my stressed out and completely exhausted mental state. Moving from state to state is hard work. I was short on sleep and short on patience which isn’t normal for me so my capacity to think clearly wasn’t real great. Fortunately Hugh was in charge so things went as smoothly as they could have. The only thing worse than having to conduct business in my current condition was hearing that when I walked out of the U-Haul facility to get fresh air, my step son said Missy said, I was a sore thumb. My frustrations were valid and although I expressed them, I don’t believe I was abusive or blaming to anyone in the process. Missy would do well learning to keep her personal opinion to herself and focus on customer satisfaction. I’ve always used U-Haul for moving and have never had a horrible experience; and, even though the truck got a flat tire and my storage wasn’t secured online like I had thought, the worst part was hearing I was insulted behind my back but in front of one of my children. With that being mentioned I just want to note, “Thank you for your tolerance Hugh! I can totally see why they leave you in charge” and “F#€k off Missy! I hope I don’t run into you during my visits to my storage. Now that you’ve insulted me in front of my family, I don’t want to have to see you again!”Kathryn S. | First Impressions
