I have rented equipment many times over the years. This particular event was the best yet. McKensey (sp?) was an excellent representative, and the perfect hostess. She was attentive and a delight to work with. I couldn't see the smile on her face because of the mask, but she was also smiling with her eyes. Gracias.RONALD C.
Mathias was very helpful. I went to my original scheduled drop off location and was told that there was no room for the truck. They re-routed me to this location. I was very frustrated by the fact that this was not communicated to me and now I'm on the hook for the gas that was used up going from location to location. All in all, these things need to be communicated better to the customers so we aren't finding out about location changes when we get to the scheduled place.DANIEL B.

Don't park it so close to another vehicle I could barley open the door to get in and take the advertisement out of the windshield before you give it to me I'm handicapped and it was very difficult to get in and out of the park job they left it in and the online share thing is a joke I had to call and talk to a person to get the pickup time correctedHAROLD M.

Went into the store to eliminate the hassle of on line check in. They would not accommodate my wishes and concerns. I just wanted to get all the paperwork done there at the store because l am not phone literate at all. Was told l would have to do it on my phone with the time l wanted to get the truck. When I finally figured out how to do the phone check in that night which took me an hour. The truck was not in the location they said it was in and when l finally found the truck the keys were not in the truck for me as promised. So l was out of a truck on Christmas eve that l needed to move presents with. No one on the phone could help and you had to wait 40 minutes just to talk with them. No one stepped up to resolve this problem when viable solutions were available. Not impressed with the customer service and support at all. I've used their services many times in the past, but this last time was a terrible experience.Steven F.
The worker didn't know how to get my reservation switched to what the lady called me and told me it was. She was trying to over charge me. Then the pictures of equipment showed nice intact equipment but it in fact was damaged. Then they over charged my card like 30$ on a 48$ rental with no explanation!CHELSIE C.

when i picked up my container the UHAUL computer system had just failed. the struggled for hours with a line of captive customers out the door to continue to provide service. They stayed focused, motivated, and positive to help their customers. The staff at this facility was very impressive... as a corp. Uhaul needs to get its sh*t together (and come up with a simple procedure for when the computers are down).Andrew M.

While this location had no issues, I booked a truck for 530 Am for phone check in. The website allowed me to fully complete my reservation and stated I'd be using mobile pick up. I went to pick up my truck and my reservation was moved to 10 AM. I called the office and I was directed to another location that didn't open for 2 hours.. I got a very late start because of this and am very dissatisfied with my experience. I should never have been able to make a 530 reservation for a location without mobile pick up.Scott M.

The facility is great as well as the customer service there.. I am just not happy on how you make a reservation on line for a unit expecting to get that one when you get there with that price and you get something completely different for more money. The gal that checked me in stated they didn't have that one available. So why did I reserve it in the 1st place ? It was significantly more expensive than the one I reserved. This is the reason I only kept it for a couple months before moving my stuff out. Not happy about that as I did try to email a manager and have yet to receive a response and I moved my stuff in in October 2021. And it is now December 2021.Nicole M. | Overall Experience

I must say, I honestly feel so very satisfied with the experience I had at this facility. The people working were friendly, helpful, but I was very impressed while standing in line with 10 people in front of me, the manager Brittany was keeping things moving smoothly by controlling everything and everyone with knowledge of what was happening, and all the while, smiling! And it was so good with all the waiting customers, if you were not wearing a mask, she stated it was needed, and of course if you didn't have one, she offered one. Hugh was very patient and professional. I definitely appreciate his demeanor considering my stressed out and completely exhausted mental state. Moving from state to state is hard work. I was short on sleep and short on patience which isn't normal for me so my capacity to think clearly wasn't real great. Fortunately Hugh was in charge so things went as smoothly as they could have. The only thing worse than having to conduct business in my current condition was hearing that when I walked out of the U-Haul facility to get fresh air, my step son said Missy said, I was a sore thumb. My frustrations were valid and although I expressed them, I don't believe I was abusive or blaming to anyone in the process. Missy would do well learning to keep her personal opinion to herself and focus on customer satisfaction. I've always used U-Haul for moving and have never had a horrible experience; and, even though the truck got a flat tire and my storage wasn't secured online like I had thought, the worst part was hearing I was insulted behind my back but in front of one of my children. With that being mentioned I just want to note, "Thank you for your tolerance Hugh! I can totally see why they leave you in charge" and "F#€k off Missy! I hope I don't run into you during my visits to my storage. Now that you've insulted me in front of my family, I don't want to have to see you again!"Kathryn S. | First Impressions
