The wait is ridiculous and they came out I was checked in and paid and the guy told me I need to move the 5*8. And then left I waited 30min and he never came back. I then went inside and talked with other guy and the one that was outside said he told me I needed to go inside but in fact he did not. Then I got to my location and come to find out they left a pad lock on the trailer and then I had to wait for them to come and take the lock off. As much as I have been using uhaul the last couple of months this is the worst pickup...Brandy R.

The mobile check-out process is not quite as straighforward as described on the website, with a lot more steps in the process, but once you start to follow the steps it gets easier. The member of staff who helped me was very good, very pleasant and helpful.Simon S.

Unfortunately, I had ordered a dozen furniture pads. The location did not have any available. I will give kudos for the representative trying to locate some for me; however, most other locations did not have any.LOUIS G.
Overall the location was very good. A bit slow and the guy who did the reservation was probably not the typical customer service person. He had the look on his face of boredom and didn't want to be there. He was not rude, or unfriendly, just not a people person and moved as slow as possible. Improving masking/distancing implementation for inside the facility. We had to go inside to work out the reservation issue (listed below) and therefore didn't have a choice about engaging indoors. The lack of masking/distancing being followed by neither employees nor most other customers was disheartening and unsafe. Equipping employees to care more about the customer experience. We reserved a 10' truck which was switched to a 15' truck without our knowledge. In a 10' truck we wouldn't have had to tie down our items, but in a 15' truck we would. We asked if we could receive rope since the reservation was trained and the employee response was "no, but we sell rope". It was frustrating/disappointing to have an reseveration changed and then not be served in a helpful way as we tried to pivot our own plans.CARY T.

Not to be treated like I was not going to bring back the uhaul the guy had me get my phone from my truck as well as my secondary person called and made sure our phones rang I did not get treated like that when I rented a uhaul just the week prior as well as when I turned around to look back at him he had an iPhone taking pictures of my license again I did not get treated that way the week prior.SHEILA H.

I had a reservation 5 days prior for a 26' truck. I was unable to get my truck, and wasted 5 hrs searching for a truck, and had to settle on a 10' truck. No one ever called me back, customer service is the worst, 45 min wait times on the phone and then they just hang up. I am owed $50 for my reservation being cancelled, and I want to know when it will come.TRAVIS K.

When I picked up the truck in the morning there was a homeless woman sitting behind it. Maybe increasing security lights would be a good thing. The truck that I got had a pinch more than 1/4 tank of gas. I used about 37 miles worth of gas. Yet I had to fill it back up to half? that's bullshit. Lastly, that truck was crap. Barely any power steering, brakes were basically nonexistent. Truck loaded down going down the road, you hit a pothole and can hear the axle hitting the underside of the cargo box because of the horrible shocks on it. Not to mention the fact that I had to maintain a 30-35 degree angle hold on the steering wheel to go straight. Just a really shitty overall experience. May use penseke next time.Robert W.

Picking up a truck from one location and being told to pick up the trailer at another is extremely inconvenient. I spoke to multiple representatives and they all said I wouldn't need to pay anything extra when picking up the trailer since I had already paid at the first location, only to be told I needed to pay an additional $300! I then had to call customer service myself and spend an additional almost 2hrs over expected time which got in the way of my travel time as planned, to get the online pricing as advertised. This happened because they separated the orders. Had I not paid attention to the price I was being told to pay, I would've paid as if I was renting a trailer on its own without the truck reservation. True customer service would have been to arrange so both truck and trailer could be picked up in one location, not force the customer to go to 2 different locations and expect them to still pay same price.Karen D.
