The website/app absolutely sucks. It took me almost an hour to return the vehicle because the check in was such a terrible experience. Def need to revamp the website/app.

I have rented more then my share of truck rentals in the last month because had to move my son from a 3 BR house to a 2 BR apartment so the majority of the furniture had to be placed in 3 separate storages..so trying to move misc. furn. From storage to storages in order to consolidate has not been easy..especially when your working or getting sick during the process of trying to getting done..this last rental was the hardest..we had issues with the storages allowing us excess for not being able to confirm the payment that was made so we were unable to unload for the last two additional days n plus the fact that we had to go to work made it harder to finally resolving the payment issue with the storages that was made..my point is that if I was unable to get a hold of UHaul to extend the truck that when it was returned that I would get a call to ask if there was a reason why I was not able to return it on time n take inconsideration the issues I had with the storages n why I was unable to unload.. With that said, when I went to pick up my most recent rental, Zachary Ortiz was not that helpful and not that friendly..I reminded him that I needed an appliance dolly.. I'm 62yrs old n asked me if I needed help putting the appliance dolly in the back of the 15 ft truck..now how was I going to be able to do that by myself? This is the first time that I felt that he was going to do as Lil as he could to help me over all..

Had an issue with returning tow dolley. I rented from a location in Florida December 29 and drove straight to Texas and returned the equipment the following day December 30th. My reservation was never closed until January 5th 2 days after the alloted time I had and was charged for it. Had to visit the location in person and the gentleman only back dated my reservation to end January 3 at 3 pm even though it was returned since December 30th. He then had to issue a refund for the charged added on my account for their mistake.

I was told the equipment was going to be a Ford on the phone and when I arrived it was a Chevy. It was important because I was towing. I was told I would be charged $50 even if I didn't take it. They also charged my major credit card even though I told them to use my debit. Also on the phone I asked if I absolutely needed a major credit card and was told no. I had to sit and wait while they did a reversal because it wasn't my credit card. They charged it without asking me almost the instant I rolled up. Plus before this all even happened, I got a call 30 minutes prior from the store I was supposed to go to saying they didn't have the equipment and I would have to travel to a different location. Overall, this was a terrible experience and will be going to another company in the future.

the location on fredericksberg was not organized. The lady told me the 10 ft truck would b available at 7 am as requested. The day before, the truck pick up site was changed; the time had to be changed to the correct time. She had 10am. And the size was changed. It was a big deal as I asked for the reservation well in advance. It was stressful. will never use that location again or recommend it. vance jackson and 410 were excellent

There is nothing that needs improving..the agent was very considerate, very very helpful, very patient with me..helped with every little detail..that agent deserves a raise!! Awesome all the way around..best experience so far I've had with Uhaul..each experience keeps outdoing the other..thank you UHaul!! I'm so grateful to UHaul..

VERY disappointed equipment was towed with my credit cards along with alot of my belongings in their and I was told had to pay to get it out when it was wrongly towed. The company that towed not only my uhaul but other cars were under investigation due to them towing vehicles purposely.

Truck was very dirty,employe lied to me saying no trucks were available, I call to be put on the waiting list and oh will I waited on the phone for about 5 min while she checked the locations ,I was just at had a truck available the whole time , I ask if any of the trucks were available he said no , and non will be returned today did not want to check any other locations , overall the service and truck was very !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Awfully as well as the truck , truck is literally falling apart I could not even use the ramp for heavy items the ramp is to short very steep ,

Lemuel Smithen is who helped me. He was extremely polite and respectful. Great customer service which is hard to come by . He stayed after to make sure we were hooked up correctly and safely and to make sure we knew where we were going. He was more helpful than help. He went over and beyond . He helped me to even understand where we would be traveling . This guy was amazing !! We were coming home from a long battle of a deceased one. I really needed that extra help and support from this great young gentleman . Even my kids liked him . Don't let a worker like that go. They are hard to come by especially coming from someone who has always been in management . Show them thier worth and appreciate what they do for your company . Many places fail to recognize the good associates but where I work now they praise the good workers and reward them . It really makes one feel amazing about their job. I know this Lemuel if I am spelling that correctly loves his job and what he does , this is why he goes over and beyond to help the customers the best way he can .

I am appalled that renting from uHaul has grown to be such an expensive experience... not only are your rates now very high - but charging $35.00 for what you claimed to be 40 miles of travel?? and when I add up where I actually went.... google maps and my calculator tell me I only traveled 35.7 miles (not 40!) - yet you charged me for 40 miles? No, I will very likely not be using uHaul again soon nor will I be suggesting it to others. There are alternatives that are not so expensive....

My issue is that I did inspection and was fine gas was below 3/4 uploaded picture and made comment. Turned in vehicle and paperwork said it was 7/8 full this was way off by a lot not even close to negotiate this is Uhauls issue or technical issue not mine
